9、me to the UK for more than six months, you must present, at the time of application, a valid medical certificate issued by a medical practitioner listed in Appendix T Part 2 confirming that you have undergone screening for active pulmonary tuberculosis and that this tuberculosis is not present.如果您来自

11、(General), your education provider must assign a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) to you. You will need to know what evidence your Tier 4

17、ork, interview, or the Tier 4 sponsors own test or entrance exam), you do not need to include these documents with your application. If you are not required to provide a SELT, for instance because you have successfully completed a course of study in the UK as a Tier 4 (Child) student, then you must ensure you submit the appropriate course qualification

This requirement applies if you are applying to study English as a foreign language
