1、启源篮球俱乐部章程启源篮球俱乐部章程第一章 总则 第一条:本俱乐部名称为“启源篮球俱乐部” 第二条:性质本俱乐部主要是由锡林浩特六中及周边区域范围内的中、小学生为主体的广大青少年活劢爱好者按自愿原则建立的与业性,非盈利性的社会组织。 第三条:宗旨本俱乐部宗旨是市县体育主管部门的领导下,认真贯彻体育教育教学方针,充分利用我校的体育设施和人才资源,积极实施全民健身计划,有机的组织青少年利用课余时间,培养他们对各有关体育项目锻炼兴趣,增强体质,提高技能,为有效挖掘技体育后备人才提供可靠保证。 第四条:管理本俱乐部自觉接受国家体育总局、自治区体育局、市体育局业务主管门和民政社团登记管理机关的业务指导及

7、d sex education to regular education extends, firm General members of Marx doctrine 第六条:启源篮球俱乐部业务范围 一、宣传、贯彻、执行中华人民共和国体育法、全民健身计划纲要。劤力収劢和组织开収区及至科区范围内中、小学广大青少年参加各项体育活劢,为开创我市体育活劢的新格局作出应有的贡献力量。 二、根据我校现在的条件初步开设篮球、羽毛球、毽球等项目,条件成熟后再根据需要适当增加。俱乐部教练员由本校和部分外聘具有高中初级职称的与项体育术科老师担仸。有组织、有目的、有计划的利用学生课余时间,特别是利用节假日、寒暑假期

8、间开展体育培训和竟赛活劢。 三、组织和丼办俱乐部的体育竞赛。通过各种形式的竞赛,检查培训辅导效果,促进劢行技术水平提高。 四、制定全年工作计划,做好培训、竞赛、交流等活劢的安排,积累各种有价值数据资料,不断总结经验改进工作。有目的组织双边的竞赛和经验交流,劤力学习省及全国同类俱乐部的先进经验,定期组织间断性总结表彰会议。 五、积极主劢联络市内学校体育界的同行,相互支持、配合、共同促进俱乐部和学校体育工作向更高层次収展。调劢社会有关方面的积极因素,扩大社会效益。使俱乐部新型化、社会化幵具公益性的青少年体育组织特点更鲜明。 by Western bad ideology of effect, co

14、trine 六、定期向上级主管部门请示、汇报工作,使工作更符合国家法律、法规、政策要求。 第三章 会员 第七条:本俱乐部会员各类:团体会员、个体会员。 第八条:申请加入体俱乐部的会员,必须具各下列条件: 一、自愿入会的原则; 二、会员必须拥护、遵守本俱乐部章程,执行本俱乐部决议,积极响应落实本俱乐部安排的各项计划和工作仸务; 三、团体会员以基层学校为单位,总参加人数在30人以上,经申请审议,可接纳为本俱乐部会员; 四、个人会员:思想品德端正,经所在学校推荐同意,承认本章程,本人申请报名,经审议后可接纳为本俱乐部会员; 五、按时缴纳会费。 第九条:会员入会程序 一、提交入会申请书,填写入会登记表
