4、urtherstudied.Thethesistriestoinvestigateandreviewthemutualresponsibilityofconjugalchastitysystematically.Inordertostudythesubjectsystematically,thehistorical,sociological,comparativelaw,empirical,dynamicandstaticanalysisapproachesbywhichthehistoricaldevelopmentofconjugalchastity、jurisprudentialanal

5、ysisofitandpresentregulationonitareobservedandreviewed,areemployedintheresearch.Thethesisconsistsoffourchapters.Chapter,whichiscomposedofthreesubchapters,observesthemutualresponsibilityofconjugalchastityfromtheperspectiveofitshistoricaldevelopment.InSubchapterexplainstheexactconnotationofchastityand

17、isfundamentaltoconjugallove”arebacktobereused.Thuswritingtheresponsibilityofconjugalchastityintolawcanbeconsideredthepromotionoffaithfulnessinconjugallove,thatistheinnervoicesofthepeopleathomeandabroad.Chinashouldgetintegratedintotheworldtrend,learnfromthelessonsofforeigncountriesandnotrecovertheold
