1、Z型机安装及与包装机配套使用说明Z型机安装示意图Z-type conveyor show way1，产品打开包装后，取出里面待装零配散件，装备安装；1. open packaging ,find out all parts start to install2，找到中支架如图安装；安装时注意零件的编号方向，相同的编号相对应安装，不得调转；Try to find middle support pole(支撑杆) like photo A1-A2, B1-B2,When install attention to every parts mark number the same number to s

Try to find support base board 撑座垫板 like photo install 4，重复2，3步骤，安装另外中支架及支撑座，支撑板，注意对应编号方向，位置，不得装反。如图：Same like step 2 and 3. another middle support pole(支撑杆) and support base board 撑座垫板.Attention to the number side .Not give different side.5，安装

3、上支架角板，如图：install the up support frame bracket joint (上支架角板)A and B6，安装支撑座，支撑座垫板及上支架侧板A，上支架侧板B，注意安装位置，如图：6. install support base . The standard it not attrition the chain15，如图安装接料斗: Install the loading material bucket .16，完成安装：Finish the instanding .安装好后，Z型输送机与包装机配套时，是由包装机来控制提升速度和振动的振幅大小的。Z型输送机有两条电线输出，控制提升机与振动装置。其中一条UVW与包装机里面的UVW相接，另一条的N和30接包装机里的N和30（对号入座）。在包装机的面板上有控制

8、 and 30 line in packing machine。you can see adjust button in surface of packing machine to do these two function。左边的是振动调速器，右边的是控制输送机的上升快慢。一般是左旋为调小，右旋为调大。Left is adjust button of vibration ，right is adjust button of conveyor speed（ touch button，turn left is small ，turn right is big）操作Z型输送机时，请接通包装机的电源

9、（单项220V）和电子秤的电源（单相220V）。在电子秤、包装机及输送机电源线接到包装机上后，同时打开包装机和电子秤的电源开关，然后检查电子秤上的料位检测对射电眼：在没有任何遮挡物的情况下（透明塑料物除外），两边电眼同时亮显示灯（如果只有一个电眼显示灯亮，说明两个电眼没有相互对准，请调整让共对准）；如果有遮挡物时，其中一个电眼的显示灯亮，一个电眼的显示灯灭，这样为电眼的正常状态，然后进入包装机的触摸屏手动页面，开启“送退料”即“ ”，或者自动操作页面的填充包装都可以使输送机工作。When use z type conveyor, please make sure the power（220v）
