5、教学回归教材，紧紧围绕“谈论疾病与给出建议”这一主题，由浅入深、由简单到复杂，从个体到集体，教学活动形式多样，教学步骤步步递进、环环相扣，形成合力，从听、说、读、写诸方面培养学生这一话题的表达能力。教者在设计教案，组织教学时充分体现“以人为本”的主体思想，抓住教学的主体性、活动性、个性化、情感化等特点，有效地改善英语课堂教学质量，合理发挥小组合作的优势，语言情景的创设尽可能贴近生活，激发学习趣。1设计了最贴近学生生活的话题，并开发了课程资源。为了让学生主动参与学习，我设计了贴近学生生活的话题最近在人群中极具传染性的红眼病（pink eye）与健康卫生习惯，激励学生的探究创新精神、实践能力；同时

6、，利用大量的图片，活化了现有教材，为学生提供了丰富的课程资源，拓展了学用渠道,改变了传统课堂上以书本为主的弊端，增大了学生的知识容量。2开展多种形式的课堂互动，充分发挥小组协作的优势课堂开展师生互动、生生互动等多边活动，充分调动学生的课堂参与积极性。我为本课设计了师生对话、配对练习、小组活动等形式多样的、有利于学生参与的课堂活动，使学生真正成为课堂的主人，形成积极的学习态度。课后调查发现，每位学生都获得了表演展示的机会，充分体现了学生的个性，实现了才能的展示，有力地证明了小组互助学习的优势。任务型教学在很大程度上以学生的个体活动或小组活动为主要形式，因此，如何才能做到充分调动学生学习英语的积极

7、性以及充分发挥个体活动的最高水平是至关重要的，即教师如何才能做到既放得开学生，让学生们自己去开展小组内的学习活动，又能控制住每一组学生都能够保证注意力在课堂上。我想我们可以尝试成立固定的小组，选好组长，加强小组的力量，发挥小组长的作用，做好学生的思想工作。但我们要在课前对小组长进行培训，如：使他们明白自己身为小组长的责任，重要性；教给小组长如何组织活动？当组员不会说英语时怎么办？等等。小组长是老师的助手，要在自己学会的同时，还要以自己学习的体会教给同学学习英语的方法。3拓展学生的视野，培养他们的文化意识。在本单元的课堂教学中，我注重了对学生的文化渗透，在谈论健康与疾病这一话题时，增加了对英语国

8、家文化的了解，拓展了学生的文化视野，阅读中外名人的故事，在加深对本民族文化理解的同时，发展了他们跨文化交际的意识和能力。4注重学生能力的培养每节课都设计了相应的任务型活动，倡导自主式、合作式、体验式学习，并通过设疑，实现了学生的能力迁移。在学生完成任务的过程中，注重形成性评价，及时运用本节课的相关知识内容对学生的表现给予恰当的评价，激发了学生的积极性和自信心，一改传统课堂上只重双基培养的状况，突出了学生实际能力的培养。5家庭作业，也有弹性和针对性，与学生的生活密切联系，让学生有更充裕的时间、自由的空间去体会所学知识、拓展知识；善于用英语表达自己的情感，能够在课外活动中积极用英语与他人交流和沟通

9、，利用各种机会进行真实的英语交际。虽然在整个教学过程中，绝大多数同学表现积极，教学效果很好，但也存在一些问题，如相当一部分同学虽然能在老师的提示下，很流利地用英语跟别人进行简单的问候与交流，但在写作时往往出现很多错误，考试起来也拿不到高分，课堂上的45分钟，远远不能满足学生考高分的需求，我只有鼓励孩子多进行课外阅读，对于有条件的学生，可以帮他们找到好的网址，教他们上网查询相关资料，也可以在班级开设英语角，征订几份英语报纸或杂志，让学生以小组为单位，每周出一份英语黑板报等，并对每期板报进行评估，评选出最优秀的小组和组员，进行适当的奖励。每位学生在学习中表现出的潜力都是无限的，只要教师用心挖掘，就
