1、曹书畅老师MBA写作课堂笔记【概述】1月MBA写作分为两节A.节有两个备选题型.1.要求考生根据所给情景写出100词的应用短文，包括私人或公务信函,备忘录,报告等.2.要求考生根据提供的中文文章(1000多字),用英语写出80-100词的英文摘要.一共10分B.节.要求考生根据所提供的情景或给出提纲写出150词左右的说明文或议论文,分值为15分.私人或公务信函：私人信函就是给家人、朋友或者同学等写信，谈事情的同时又交流感情；所谓公务信函就是给亲朋好友之外的人写信，主要是为了办事，比方说给老板或是客户写信都属于公共信函。信函一般都是由写信时间，信内地址，称呼，信的主要内容和信尾几个主要部分组成。

2、英文书信写作要遵循五个原则，即正确、清晰、简洁、礼貌和体贴。备忘录是一种公文，备忘录用来解释政策、程序和指示；发布通知，提出信息和行动要求；答复要求。备忘录可以帮助人们提醒事物；可以对决定、电话交谈、会议提供书面记录。”。包括书端、收文人的姓名、头衔、地址，称呼，事因，正文，结束语，和署名，备忘录上一定要说明什么时间，谁写的？写给谁？什么事？并且正文、结束语和署名等项与一般信件的格式相同。Date: Octobor 10, 2005To: All studentsFrom: A. 4、ppenings in the city and on campus.摘要分成两种，一种是文章摘要，一种是论文摘要。文章摘要就是给一篇文章让写一个摘要，文章摘要是对文章主要内容的简练概括，内容上要涵盖全文，语言上要尽量简练。第二种摘要是论文摘要。比方说是大家写一篇学术论文，硕士博士论文需要写一个英文的摘要。相对来讲我们认为考论文摘要的可能性稍微大一点。写这种摘要时要注意时态和语态。报告其实也分为两种，第一种是读书报告。比如读一本书或者看一本小说写一个读书报告。读书报告中首先要交代背景知识，比如作者生平，时代简介等，接下来对书的内容做一个简单的概括，与摘要不同的是读书报告最后一段可以发表评论。另

5、一种报告就是书面报告，书面报告考试的可行性和可能性更大一些。现象解释，主要要求考生对某一社会现象进行解释并加以评论，其基本结构是：首先说明现状；其次阐述这种现状产生或存在的原因；最后做出分析，提出建议或总结观点。对比选择，即直接要求考试比较两种观点或做法，进而表明自己对问题或事务的态度或观点，也就是做出选择。问题解决，此类作文要求考生从提示性文字或图表、图画入手，解释提示性文字、图表、图画反映出的问题，提出问题的危害性或解决这一问题的紧迫性；然后对问题展开分析，提出解决问题的方案或应对措施；最后一段要求考生表明自己的态度、做法等。现象解释：基本方法为：描述现象分析原因对现象做出预测或如何促进（
