10、 缘 电 阻 、 绝 缘 强 度 Insulation Resistance and Insulation Strength3.1绝缘电阻 Insulation resistance 电源系统主回路的交流部分对地,直流部分对地,交流部分对直流部分的绝缘电阻 大于 10M,试验电压为 1000V。The insulation resistances between the AC part and the earth, DC part and the earth, AC part and DC part in the main circuit of the power supply system

The test voltage is 1000VDC 。3.2绝缘强度 Insulation Strength 在充电模块和监控模块都与系统断开的情况下,系统的交流部分对直流部分能承受 50HZ,3000V的交流电压 1min,无击穿,漏电流要求 30mA。交流部分对地,直流 部分对地应能承受 50Hz,2000V 的交流电压 1min,无击穿。When both the charging module and supervision and control moduel are disconnected with the system, the A

12、C part of the system should bear 50Hz, 3kV test voltage for 1 minute to the DC part, without breakdown and the leakage current should be equivalent to or less than 30mA, while both the AC part and DC part should bear 50Hz, 2kV AC test voltage for 1 minute to the earth, without breakdown.表 3-1 绝缘电阻 .

16、照调试步骤进行。边调试边观察,发现异常现象应立即关机,待查明原因后, 再继续进行。After completing check before energization and the insulation test, the energization test of the system can be done. During debugging, personnel should carefully observe, if something abnormal occurs, he should immediately cut off the power, and after the cause is found, he test may be continued.4.1 交流配电部分的通电调试 Energization Test of AC Distribution Part 把柜内市电的

18、三相交流空气开关、各个充电模块的空气开关都打在断开的位置, 监控模块的开关(在监控模块背面)也打在 “OFF”的位置,断开所有负载。合上外部的交流配电开关,将用户引入电源开关接通,测量对应交流输入空开的 引入端,应该有正常的 380V 交流电压(线电压),且每相电压差值相对较小。正 常则可将对应交流输入空开合闸。Put the 380V 3-phase AC air switch, and the air switches for various charging modules in the state of “ off ” and also put the supervision and
