23、池的环境温度越高、储存时间越长,蓄电池容量的损失也越大。粗略估算,在25C环境温度下放置时,艾默生蓄电池每天自放电量接近 0.1 %,虽然采用了特殊配方的铅钙合金可以使蓄电池自放电量控制到最小程度 (约为铅锑合金蓄电池1/41/5),但蓄电池的自放电现象是不可避免的。 有关蓄电池储存条件及控制如下:2.1储存环境条件电池应保存在洁净、干燥、阴凉且远离热源的地方。 由于储存温度越高蓄电池自放电越大,长期保存时请尽量避免高温场所。2.2畜电池出库原则由于自放电的影响,蓄电池容量在储存过程将逐渐减小,因此蓄电池出库应遵循 先进先出的管理原则。2.3补充电蓄电池因自放电而使开路电压低于 2.08V/单格(12V电池低于12.48V ),或电池 到货超过3个月未安装,需要对电池进行补充电。补充电采用恒压 2.35V/单格(12V电池为14.1V)限流0.15&0方法,充电时间为 24小时。2.4恢复充电蓄电池因自放电而使开路电压低于 2.02V/单格(12V电池为12.12V ),则需要进行恢复充电,充电操作需蓄电池产品线专业人员处理。【注意】若蓄电池由于长时间储存(超过 3个月)而未进行充电维护,其性能将 产生一定劣化,甚至不能复原。3.蓄电池安装手册3.1安装流程图3.2蓄电池安装前的检查工作目视检查被测蓄电池应符合以下要求:(1)开箱检查: 符合厂家发货附件清单。(2 )蓄
