1、 处理办法:打开IE窗口，选择“工具”菜单下的“弹出窗口阻止程序”子菜单，进一步选择“弹出窗口阻止程序设置”， 在“要允许的网站地址”中输入系统地址并点击“添加”按钮确认，解除特定网站的弹出窗口阻止。也可以直接选择“弹出窗口阻止程序”菜单下的“关闭弹出窗口阻止程序”项，解除对所有弹出窗口的阻止。Ellipticity of elbow pipes with diameters less than or equal to 150 mm must be not greater than 8% diameter of 200 mm or less shall not be greater than

15、ngers of material, size and accuracy shall conform to the provisions of the design drawings, material technical requi 由于IE安全设置限制，可能已经阻止下载控件，弹出如下提示窗口:可以在IE浏览器,“工具”,“internet选项”中的“安全”下的“本地intranet”或“受信任的站点”添加该站点，然后设置受信任站点的自定义级别，如图:点击“自定义级别”后，在弹出窗口中设置ActiveX控件相关属性，设置为“启用”或“提示”，如下图。再次签证“读卡”，则系统自动下载控件并安装

16、或弹出窗口确认后安装控件。查看报表统计结果时，也需要下载并安装ActiveX控件。 5. 报表统计结果查看相关的问题 统计报表后长时间不显示报表结果或出现相关提示信息等。如果统计报表后长时间不显示报表结果，页面也无提示信息，请耐心等待，系统可能在下载报表展示控件并安装。因控件大小有2.5兆，下载时间可能比较长。如果页面出现提示信息，则需要按照不同情况予以处理，如图提示:上述提示说明IE的安全设置过高，需要调整ActiveX控件相关的设置项，具体可参照上一节“读船舶IC卡时出现错误”的处理方式，将ActiveX控件相关设置项设置为“启用”或“提示”。如果查看报表时提示“是否允许运行软件，如Act
