Project conditions 作业条件 1.1 Floor plan, wall assembly drawing and hardware of light steel stud in required area confirmed by contractor or employer.安装区域的轻钢龙骨平面布置图、墙体组装图、五金配件等全部经总包或业主认可、确认： 1.2 Position light steel stud in accordance with floor plane of Blue Scope Steel confir

6、med by employer. Concrete foundation and leveling carried out by other subcontractor.根据业主方确认的蓝璀-博思格钢结构公司深化的平面布置图纸对轻钢龙骨位置定位，再由其他单位做出符合设计标准的混凝土基础与符合本项目通用标准及设计要求的细部水泥沙浆找平（别途工程）：1.3 Level foundation to meet installation standard and obtain acceptance垫基基础正面水平完成找平，符合安装条件，且验收完毕；1.4 Prior to stud installati

7、on, finish installation of steel pipes and erection of mobile scaffold at each operation area, and obtain acceptance. Erect scaffold for each wall with distance between wall and scaffold from 300mm to 350mm. For No.6 wall with 177mm weather barrier, erect scaffold 400mm500mm apart to the wall.每个作业面的

8、钢管或者移动脚手架搭设必须在安装墙体龙骨工作前完成，并验收合格，可以操作使用（每面墙体需要脚手架，都需要提前搭建好脚手架，脚手架搭建距离墙面保持在300mm350mm之间，个别墙体如6号墙体类型的中间隔气层有177mm的，需要脚手架搭建在距离墙体400mm500mm之间）。1.5 Find central point of horizon and axis of each project section总包方每个标段的水平线与轴线的中心点；2. Rusted and deformed studs sh

10、all not be delivered.轻钢龙骨出厂时做好防雨措施，生锈、龙骨弯曲变形严禁出厂：2.1.4 Enough space（150-300） for counting and protection from rain轻钢龙骨到场后，需要足够的场地（150-300）进行整理清点，并做好防雨措施：2.1.5 Store hardware supplied by employer at fixed location（30-50）. Individually responsible for it and ensure that item, specification and quantit

11、y are correct.材料的五金配件由总包提供的固定场所（30-50）存放，由我方自行单独保管，并确认所配五金材料品种、规格、数量无误。2.2 Fastener紧固材料 As accepted by contractor or employer, use 101616WAF (stud to stud), TEK5 122432 HWFU(stud to steel), Tapcon 3/16” x1-3/4”HWH(angle to concrete wall), ITW(u track to concrete slab). Securing, location and spacing

12、 of angle to concrete shall meet design requirement.经过总包或业主认可的101616WAF(用于钢龙骨与钢龙骨连接STUD TO STUD）、TEK5 122432 HWFU (用于钢龙骨与钢板连接STUD TO STEEL) 、Tapcon 3/16” x1-3/4”HWH(用于角钢连接件与混凝土墙体的连接ANGLES TO CONCRETE WALL)、 射钉ITW(用于导梁与混凝土楼板或基础找平层连接 U TRACK TO CONCRETE SLAB), 自攻螺丝与钢龙骨的固定。角钢与混凝土的固定、位置、距离应符合设计要求。 3. 13、eparation of tool and equipment 工具、设备准备3.1 Examination tools检测工具: Infrared level cross instrument, plumb bob, measuring tape, guiding rule, leveling instrument, angle square, marker pen, pencil and so on红外线水平十字交叉仪，吊线坠、卷尺、靠尺、水平尺、角尺、记号笔、铅笔等。 3.2 Construction tools施工工具 Scissors, electric drill, nail gu

14、n, manual cutting machine, distribution box.剪刀、电动手电钻、射钉枪、手动切割机、三级电箱等。 4. Technical preparation技术准备 4.1 Detail drawing based on construction drawing and actual dimension.按照施工图纸及现场尺寸安装节点大样图。 4.2 Prior to start of work, prepare mock-ups. No construction until mock-ups confirmed by contractor, regulator

Workmanship施工工艺 1. Positioning and Setting out轻钢龙骨放线定位 1.1 Set out

16、 studs in accordance with floor plan provided by Blue Scope Steel.以博思格提供的深化平面详图，按照房间龙骨的内空距离尺寸放出龙骨的最外围尺寸1.2 Find out center distance and make remark量出房间内空墙体的中心距离点，并做出三角标计。 1.3 Use infrared gradienter and duct to find central line and horizon. Find outer control line according to floor plan. Make cert

17、ain dimensions comply with contractors requirement. 利用红外十字水平仪与墨斗弹出中心线、引进水平线，依照平面图中的数据量出每面墙体的最外围的控制线，保证龙骨平面详图所标出的尺寸，并与总包提供的轴线进行复核、抽查是否重合。 1.4 Contractor carries out foundation bar-planting, molding, concrete mortar leveling and cement mortar leveling (carried out by other subcontractor). According to

18、 national standards, design requirements and general technical specifications, variation of concrete foundation shall be within 1/200 and not over 5mm and floor levelness shall be within 3m and not over 5mm.总包方进行基础植筋、制模及混凝土沙浆找平、水泥细沙浆找平（其他单位施工作业）。国家标准、设计要求、通用技术规范当中，混凝土基础的偏差控制在1/200 之内，同时不超过5 毫米，地面的水平

19、度在 3 米之内不超过5 毫米。1.5 After construction of foundation mortar completed and acceptance obtained. Position and set out studs and ready to install studs.基础沙浆施工完成，并验收合格，龙骨墙体再次定位放线，弹出具体的龙骨位置线。 准备安装龙骨。2. Stud delivery轻钢龙骨进场缷车 2.1 Stack material at indicated location by contractor （150-300）.以总包提供指定的场所堆放材料（1

20、50-300）2.2 Use crane to unload material and stack in batches. Unpack all material and stack in accordance with component labels make easier to find and install.采用汽车吊车的工具进行材料到场的缷货，分批次分层次的堆放于工作场地。 把各种材料的包装打开，根据构件的标识分门别类进行堆放，便于寻找和安装。Accessories on plates or boxes 配件一般合并放在箱子里或者底盘上Components for examinat

21、ion 等待检查的散件Accessories sorting and make marking 把配件分类堆放，并做好记号2.3材料到场后，进行材料的二次整理，找出每个墙体龙骨相对应的编号：Stud stored in a pile and labeled 墙柱一般捆在一起，每捆上面有标签Top and bottom stud in a pile 天地龙骨和钢性支撑捆在一起3. Components stacking and storage 墙体构件的摆放和储藏3.1 Cover the components with deco layer to prevent corrosion. If t

22、here is no deco layer, use plastic panel to cover wall structure until its ready to install outer panel. All temporary protective materials should be well maintained and ventilated. 在严重的腐蚀环境下，结构件需要尽快用装饰层覆盖。如果不能尽快安装装饰层，墙体结构需要采用临时的塑料板材覆盖起来，直到构件准备安装正式的外覆板材。所有的临时覆盖材料需要很好的维护和良好的通风。3.2 Put components on t

23、op of wood bars in case of water. 如果结构件要摆放在工地现场，需要用木块垫在坚固的地面上，防止地面水接触构件。a) Keep distance between each wood bar from 1m to 1.5m to prevent bending水平摆放时，垫木的中心距应在1 米到1.5 米，防止构件弯曲。b) Prevent falling or rolling-over when components put erectly竖立摆放时，要防止构件翻倒或翻转。 Components on box or plate components of wal

Key Points before Installation组装开始前需要注意的几个要点。4.1 Dimension of light steel structure shall coincide with that of grade level.轻钢结构和地坪的尺寸必须相符。Verify that installation drawing coincides with actual room and confirm room dimens

25、ion and marks are. Measure floor to ensure that light steel structure can be installed properly. Control measurement difference of floor.检查安装图纸的平面图是否符合对应的房子，房子布置的尺寸和特定的记号是否确认过。测量地板或者地面平台的尺寸来确认轻钢结构是否能合适地安装上去。地板尺寸的误差控制是非常必要的，如果地板的长度、平整度和方正度出现了问题，钢结构就不能正确地安装上去。4.2 Structure layout comply with plane结构布置

26、必须按照正确的平面图Furnish Blue Scopes drawings to determine structure position. Make certain that dimension comply with drawings.我司现场必须用博思格深化详图来布置结构位置，确认所有的相关的尺寸都正确地从图纸转换到地板上。4.3 Structure installed in correct direction and sequence结构必须按照正确的方向和正确的顺序来组装Use wall numbering system and layout drawing to ensure t

27、hat each wall is installed correctly. Use 101616 bolt to attach stud to stud and secure joint. Use 50mm wide and 1mm thick steel board to attach walls. For larger walls, use purline to fasten every 3600mm.墙面系统的编号系统和墙体的布置图可以确保每片墙体在现场正确的组装。轻钢龙骨与轻钢龙骨的固定采用101616螺钉，固定于相交处，每面墙体之间有50mm宽1.0mm厚的钢板进行加固或连接固定，大

28、面墙体在每隔3600mm处加装檩条横杆专用连接件。4.4 Modification on site confirmed现场的修改必须经过检查When modification required, modification shall be confirmed by designer, engineer and material supplier. 如果需要，在现场很容易对墙体结构进行修改。然而，牵涉到结构方面的修改必须经过设计、详图工程师、材料供应商的确认。4.5 Government regulation complied 政府的规定必须遵从Installation shall comply

29、 with all government regulation.在安装过程中，所有的法定规程必须符合。4.6 Maintain perpendicularity and straightness after installation. If wall is curved or gradient, correction shall be made.结构安装后必须保持垂直度和直线度。安装墙体结构时，必须要让结构保持垂直并成一直线，如果安装完成后发现墙体有如弓形成弯曲与倾斜，那么就可能没有正确安装在继续下面的工作之前，必须改正。4.7 Straightness 直线度For walls design

30、ed in a line, variation of wall above 3m shall not be over 5mm. For joints between walls, variation shall be among +/-2mm. 设计成直线排列的墙体，在3 米的长度上，偏差不能超过 5 毫米。墙体和墙体的对接处，结构面的偏差不能超过+/-2 毫米。4.7.1 Perpendicularity垂直Perpendicularity variation from top to bottom of wall shall be within H/600 and 3mm unless structure is designed to be gradient. The horizontal deviation should be within +/-15mm. Horizontal variation shall be among +/-15mm墙体结构从顶部到底部的垂直度偏差（如图4.3）控制在H/600 及3 毫米之内，除非结构特别设计成倾斜状态。墙体的水平偏差控制在+/-15 毫米之内。4.7.2 Adjustment of perpendicularity结构垂直度的调整Measure
