24、leapfrog development.67上海川招东申建筑工程有限公司 第一章 编制说明、工程概况、编制依据及范围第一节 编制说明我公司中标后立即组织相关技术人员认真阅读图纸，仔细了解现场情况，编制了本施工组织设计。本施工组织设计是指导本工程施工的纲领性文件，编制时对工期、质量目标、项目管理机构设置与劳动力组织、施工进度计划控制、机械设备及周转材料配备、主要技术方案、安全、文明施工、环境保护等诸多因素尽可能做了充分考虑，突出其科学性、适用性及针对性。第二节 工程概况一、工程概况本工程为洋泾街道旧小区雨污分流改造三期工程，主要为洋泾街道所属的凌联一村、凌联三村、海院新村、海防新村、民生一村及

25、歇浦小区的雨污水改造工程。小区原有雨污水管道存在混接现象，污水接入雨水管道、造成污水随雨水排出进入河道，污染周边水体及地下水，都周边环境造成不利影响；雨水进入污水管道，雨天污水横流、造成积涝危害。因此，本工程对雨污水管道重新设计、进行翻排，使雨污水分流，各自排入周边市政雨水管道系统。雨水系统在原有雨水口、雨水连管的基础上，新增雨水口、改造部分不规范雨水连管，并重新敷设雨水支管、干管。根据周边雨水系统走向，凌联一村雨水管最终接入北侧昌邑路已建800雨水干管，凌联三村雨水管最终接入苗圃路1500雨水干管，海防新村雨水收集后从西侧接入阳光三寸留雨水井，最终接入崮山路已建800雨水管；民生一村及海院新

26、村雨水收集后接入民生路已建1350雨水干管，歇浦小区雨水收集后从北侧接入昌邑路已建600雨水管道。污水系统在原有污水管道基础上，改造不规范污水进户管，收集原排入雨水管的污水，纳入新敷设的污水管道。根据周边污水系统走向，凌联一村污水管收集后接入浦东大道600临时管道，凌联三村污水管道收集后接入苗圃路已建300污水管道；海院新村及民生一村污水收集后接入民生路已建300污水管道；海防新村污水收集后从西水管道；海防新村污水收集后从西侧接入阳光三村污水预留井；民生一村污水管道收集后从南侧接入民生路已建污水管道，最终接入崮山路已建450污水管道，歇浦小区污水收集后从北侧排入昌邑路已建300污水管道。二、工

27、程施工地理、地质、水文气象条件地形、地貌：工程位于上海市浦东新区地质：根据现场实际情况，土质为原回填土质。气象：本工程位于上海市，属于冬冷夏热的亚热带季风气候带。三、主要技术标准1、排水管管材及接口：管材DN150进户管段采用UPVC管，DN300800管段采用HDPE管。接口采用承插式胶粘剂粘接。四、水、电等条件本项目自来水水源丰富，水质较好，取用方便，可供工程和生活用水，区内电网覆盖率大，电力资源较为充足，工程用电可与电力部门协商就近解决。五、工程参建各方建设单位： 设计单位：同济大学建筑设计研究院（集团）有限公司监理单位：承建单位：上海川招东申建筑工程有限公司第三节 编制依据及范围一、编
