9、道德标准、生活信念、企业风俗、习惯的总称。它是企业在经营管理过程中创造的具有本企业特色的精神财富的总和，对企业成员有感召力和凝聚力，能把众多人的兴趣、目的、需要以及由此产生的行为统一起来，是企业长期文化建设的反映。企业文化在现代企业经营中的巨大作用日渐凸现出来，成为企业经营最深厚的基础和最根本的要素。有无深厚的文化底蕴，是否拥有博采众长又独具特色、富有个性化魅力的企业文化，直接决定着企业的市场竞争能力，决定着企业的兴衰与成败。日益进步的社会需要跟上时代潮流的新时代文化含义，当然企业也不甘落后，一大批企业文化展露出来。出现了更多新颖的文化形式。企业文化的种类有四大类，由表及里顺次为物质文化、行为
