[Abstract]astheenergyconservationandprotectenvironmentrequirementsofthecontinuousimprovement,buildingmaintenancestructureheatpreservationtechnologyisalsoincreasing,especiallyinexteriorwallinsulationtechnologyhasmadegreatprogress,andbecomeanimportantbuildingenergysavingtechnology.Atpresent,thebuildingisoftenusedinexternalwallinsulationaremainlywithintheinsulation,insulationandothermethods,accordingtothedevelopmentofnewtechnologies,newenergy-savingmaterialsshouldbedevelopedandutilized,soastoreallyimplementbuildingenergyconservation.

Buildingenergysavingistheimplementationofthenationalenvironmentalprotectionandenergyconservationpolicyisthemaincontent,itistocarryoutthesustainabledevelopmentofthenationaleconomyimportantcomponent.ThenationalMinistryofconstructionin1995promulgatedthe"rulesfortheimplementationofcitybuildingenergysaving"andotherdocuments,the"energyconservationdesignstandardforresidentialbuildings'partial'"JGJ26-95asamandatorystandard,atthesametime,theMinistryofconstructionandwasreleasedinOctober1,2000seventy-sixthcalled"regulationofcivilbuildingenergysaving",donotconformtothestandardofenergysavingproject,shallnotapprovedforconstruction.
Insuchaseriesofenergy-savingpolicies,regulations,standardsandmandatoryguidance,China'senergy-savinghousingconstructionworkunceasinglythorough,continuouslyimprovetheenergyefficiencystandards,theintroductionofthedevelopmentofmanynewenergy-savingtechnologyandmaterials,vigorouslypromotetheuseofresidentialbuildings.Butourcountry'scurrentlevelofbuildingenergyconservation,butalsofarlowerthandevelopedcountries,China'sbuildingenergyconsumptionperunitareaisstillaclimatesimilartothedevelopedcountries3timesto5times.ConstructionenergyconservationisChina'sconstructionindustryisanimportanttask.

Energysavingthermalinsulationwallconstructiontechnologymainlydividedintoexteriorwallinternalinsulationandexteriorwallinsulationintwocategories.

Buttheinternalinsulationwilloccupytheareaofuse,"bridge"isnoteasytosolve,easytocrack,butalsoaffectstheconstructionspeed,influencedwellerdecorationtwo,andtheinnerwallhangingandfixingiteasytobreaktheinternalinsulationstructure.Internalinsulationtechnologyofirrationality,itwouldbereplacedbyexternalinsulation.
2externalinsulationtechnologyanditscharacteristics.Externalinsulationiscurrentlypromotingabuildingenergy-savinginsulationtechnology.Theouterandinnerthermalinsulation,reasonabletechnology,hasitsobviousadvantages,theuseofthesamespecification,thesamesizeandinsulationmaterial,insulationthantheinnerheatpreservationeffectisgood.Externalthermalinsulationtechnologyappliesnotonlytonewconstruction,alsoapplytothetransformationofoldbuildings,applicabletoawiderange,withhightechnicalcontent;externalinsulationpackageinthemainstructureofthelateral,toprotectthemainstructure,prolongstheservicelifeofbuildings;effectivelyreducesthethermalbridgesinbuildingconstruction,increasetheconstructionofeffectivespace;whileeliminatingcondensation,improvethelivingcomfort.

1)becauseitisinEuropeandtheUnitedStateshavebeeninusefornearlythirtyyears,intheUnitedStateshavebuilthighupto44layers,therefore.Thistechnologyalreadyformedasystem,thebondinglayer,heat-insulatinglayerandfacinglayersupportingtheuse,morematuretechnicaldocuments;2)duetotheexpandedpolystyreneinsulationmaterials,thepriceisveryexpensive,sothatthewholesystemofmoderateprice.Convenientuseracceptance;3)nocomplexconstructiontechnology,constructionunitafterabrieftraining,cangrasptheessentialsforconstruction,technologypromotion;4)itsetinsulation,waterproofinganddecorationfunctioninabody,hastheadvantagesofmultiplefunctions;5)thewholesystemhasgoodweatherability,goodwaterproofandwatervaporpermeability;6)avarietyofcolorandtextureofthesurfacecoatingforselection,andtheentiresystemsupportingtheuseof.Atpresent.ThisapproachinBeijing,NortheastChinaandotherplaceshasbeenwidelyapplied,BeijingYuGarden,Wolonggarden,theMinistryofconstructionofCeight,Ctenbuildingstransformationandmanyotherengineering,haveadoptedthisapproach.However,duetoexpansionpolystyreneagainsttermites,termiteinareasnotavailable;duetotheconstructionofenvironmentaltemperatureof4degrees,notsuitableforwinterconstruction.

Extrudedpolystyreneisinrecentyearsdevelopedanewtypeofthermalinsulationmaterial.Atpresent,extrudedpolystyreneandthetealayerwallfixedmodemainlyadoptsmechanicalfasteners.Thematerialhastheadvantagesthat:
1)extrudedpolystyrenewithdensesurfaceandinnerlayeroftheobturatorstructure.Itsthermalconductivityismuchlowerthanthesamethicknessofexpandedpolystyrene,thereforehasabetterthermalinsulationpropertiesofexpandedpolystyrene.Inthesamebuilding,itsthicknesscanbelessthanothertypesofinsulationmaterial;2)duetotheinnerlayerofthe[knifeholestructure.Soithasgoodhumidityresistance,inthehumidenvironment,cankeepgoodthermalinsulationproperties;3)suitableforcoldinsulationonthespecialrequirementsofthebuilding,andcanalsobeusedforexteriorwallfacingmaterialforbrickorstonebuilding,4)asaresultofextrudedpolystyreneandthebasewallfixingmodeofsoilusingmechanicalfastener.Inwinterthenormalconstruction.Atpresent.InBeijing,theriverrunsandotherregionshavetousethismaterialforouterwallexternalthermalinsulationconstruction,suchastheBeijingNewOrientalPlaza,BankofChinaandotherlargepublicbuildings.Buttheextrudedpolystyrenepriceisonthehighside,thusissuitableforhighergradeofthebuilding.Theconstructiontechnologyandnodestructureneedstobefurtherperfected.
