Tobepackedinstrongwoodencase（s）orincarton（s）,suitableforlongdistanceparcelpost/airfreighttransportationandchangeofclimate,andnecessarymeasuresshallbetakensothattheContractcommoditywillbewellprotectedagainstmoisture,shocks,rust,corrosionandotherdamages.
装在适于长途包裹邮寄／空运的坚固木箱或纸板箱内，能适应气候变化，并采取抗潮、抗震、防锈、防腐蚀及防止其他损坏的必要保护措施。
Ifanyofthecommodityisdamagedorlostduetoimproperpackingand/orinadequateorimproperprotectivemeasurestakenbytheSellerinregardtothepacking,theSellershallbeliableforrepair,replacementand/orcompensation.
卖方负责由于包装不良以及在包装方面因卖方采取了不当的或不良的保护措施造成的任何商品损坏或丢失时，卖方应按合同规定负责修理、更换或赔偿。
ThewoodpackagingtheSellerusedshallbetreatedbytheenterprisesqualifiedbythephytosanitaryorganizationofexportingcountriesorareasinaccordancewiththeapprovedmeasuresbyPRC（e.g.HT,MB）andcarriedwithlegiblespecialmarkofIPPC（theuseofredororangeavoided）intheobviousplaceofwoodpackaging（onatleasttwooppositesides）.IncasethephytosanitaryorganizationofPRCfindsthroughquarantinemeasuresthatthewoodpackagingdoesnotcarrywiththerequiredmark,themarkdoesnotmeettherequirementsorlivepestsareintercepted,theSellershouldpayforalltheexpensesattheportofunloadingoftreatmentstoeliminatethepests,destroythepackagingortransportbackandshallcompensatetheBuyerforalltheexpenses,costsanddamagesthusincurred.
卖方使用的木质包装应当由出口国或地区政府植物检疫机构认可的企业按中国确认的检疫除害处理办法处理，并在木质包装显著位置（至少应在相对的两面）加施清晰易辨的IPPC专用标识（标识避免使用红色或橙色）。
如果经中国检疫机构检疫发现木质包装无标识、标识不符合要求或截获活的有害生物的，卖方应承担在卸货港对木质包装实施除害处理、销毁处理或作退运处理所发生的所有费用，并赔偿买方因此遭受的所有损失和费用。
TotheextentrequiredbythelawofPRC,theSellershallprovidetheBuyerwithaplantquarantinecertificate/fumigationcertificateissuedbythecompetentgovernmentquarantineauthorityoftheexportcountryprovingthatheattreatmentorfumigationtreatmenthasbeencarriedout,orawrittenstatementprovingthatnon-woodenmaterialshavebeenusedincasenon-woodenpackagesareagreeduponbytheBuyersoastoenabletheBuyertomakethecustomsclearanceintime.IftheSellerfailstopresentthesaidcertificateorstatementinduetime,theSellershallcompensatetheBuyerforallthecosts,expensesanddamagesthusincurred,includingbutnotlimitedtostorageexpenses,penaltiesimposedbythecustomsandcontaineroverduefine.
按照中华人民共和国法律如果需要，卖方应向买方提供出口国有关检疫当局出具的证明已对木质包装进行热处理或熏蒸处理的植物检疫证书或熏蒸证明，或如果买方同意使用非木质包装，卖方应出具未使用木质包装的声明,以便买方及时办理清关手续。
如果卖方未能及时提供上述证明或声明，卖方应赔偿买方因此遭受的损失和费用，包括但不限于仓储费、滞期费及滞箱费。
IncaseChinaCompulsoryCertification（CCC）forContractEquipmentisrequiredbythelawofPRC,theSellershallatitsowncostobtaincertificateoftheCCC,markthesignofCCConContractEquipmentandprovidetheBuyertheduplicatecopiesofthecertificateoftheCCCinaccordancewiththeprovisionsoftheContract.IftheSellerfailstosubmitsuchrequiredCCCcertificateinduetime,allthecoststhusincurredatthePortofUnloadingincludingbutnotlimitedtostorageexpenses,penaltiesimposedbythecustomsandcontaineroverduefineshallbebornebytheSeller.
如果合同货物根据中国法律规定应获得中国强制认证（CCC），则卖方应自费根据本合同规定获得合同设备的CCC认证证书，对获得认证的合同设备加施CCC认证标志，并根据本合同规定向买方提供CCC认证证书复印件。
如果卖方未能及时提供前述CCC认证证书，由此在卸货港发生的所有费用，包括但不限于仓储费用、滞期费及滞箱费，均应由卖方承担。
Onefullsetofserviceandoperationmanualsconcernedshallbeenclosedinthecase（s）.
包装箱内应装入一整套产品的操作手册和使用说明。
4.SHIPPINGMARK:

TheSellershallmarkoneachpackagewithfadelesspainttheContractnumber,theairportofdestination,consignee,thepackagenumber,grossweight,netweight,measurementandthewordings:
“KEEPAWAYFROMMOISTURE”“HANDLEWITHCARE”,“THISSIDEUP”etc.andtheshippingmark.
卖方须以不褪色的油漆在每一个包装箱表面写上合同号、目的地机场、收货人、包装箱号、毛重、净重、尺寸和下列语句“勿使受潮”、“小心轻放”、“此端向上”等及唛头。

（A）UnderLetterofCredit:
TheBuyer,uponreceiptfromtheSellerofthedeliveryadvicespecifiedinClause11hereof,shall,20--25dayspriortothedateofdelivery,openanirrevocableletterofcreditwiththeBuyer’sBank,infavouroftheSeller,forthetotalvalueofshipment.ThecreditshallbeavailableagainstSeller'sdraft（s）drawnatsightontheopeningbankfor100%invoicevalueaccompaniedbytheshippingdocumentsspecifiedinClause10hereof.Paymentshallbeeffectedbytheopeningbank,（bytelegraphictransfer/airmailtransfer）againstpresentationtothemoftheaforesaiddraft（s）anddocuments.TheLetterofCreditshallbevaliduntilthe15thdayaftertheshipmentiseffected.
（Ａ）在开立信用证的情况下:
买方在接到本合同第１１条所规定的由卖方发出的交货通知后，应在交货日前二十天到二十五天，通过买方银行开立以卖方为抬头的，等于装运货物全部金额的不可撤销信用证。
该信用证凭向开证行提示１００％发票金额的卖方即期汇票及本合同第１０条所规定的装运单证付款，开证行将根据提交的上述汇票和单据（以电汇或信汇方式）支付货款。
信用证有效期至装运后第十五天。
（B）OnCollection:
Withinsevendaysaftershipment,theSellershalldrawontheBuyeratsightandsendthedraft（s）togetherwiththeshippingdocumentsspecifiedinClause10hereof,totheBuyerthroughtheSeller'sbankandBuyer’sBankforcollection.
（Ｂ）在托收的情况下:
货物装运后７天内，卖方通过卖方银行提交即期汇票及本合同第１０条所规定的单证，通过买方银行向买方托收。
（C）ByDirectRemittance:
PaymentshallbeeffectedbytheBuyer,bytelegraphictransfer/airmailtransfer,withinsevendaysafterreceiptfromtheSelleroftheshippingdocumentsspecifiedinClause10hereofwhichshouldbesentbyexpressmailtotheBuyerwithinsevendaysaftershipment.
（Ｃ）在直接汇款的情况下
买方于接到卖方在装运后７天内，以快件发出的，按本合同第１０条所规定的装运单
据后７天内，以电汇或信汇方式付款。

（1）Incaseofair-freight:
空运情况下：
originalandphotostatedAirwayBillmarked"FreighttoCollect"/"FreightPrepaid",Contractnumberandshippingmarks,andconsignedtotheBuyer,notifyingtheEnduser.
一份正本及一份副本空运单，标明“运费到付／运费预付”、合同号及唛头，交给目的港机场的买方通知人,并通知最终用户。
TheAirwayBillissuedbyAirlines（AviationCo.）ortheHouseAirwayBill（HAWB）issuedbytheagentnamedbytheBuyerforairtransportationshallbeacceptable.TheHAWBnotissuedbytheagentoftheBuyerforairtransportationshallnotbeaccepted.
航空公司签发的空运单，或者由买方指定的空运代理人签发的航空分运单（ＨＡＷＢ）可以被接受，由不是买方空运代理人签发的航空分运单不被接受。
Incaseofairparcelpost:
空运邮包情况下：
（1）OneoriginalandOnephotostatedair-parcelpostreceiptindicatingContractnumberandshippingmarksaddressedtotheBuyer.
（1）一份正本和一份副本以买方为收件人的航空邮包收据，标明合同号和唛头。
（2）Manuallysignedinvoicein__2_original（s）and__3__copiesindicatingContractnumberandshippingmarks（incaseofmorethanoneshippingmark,theinvoiceshallbeissuedseparately）madeoutindetailsaspertherelativeContract.
（2）2＿份正本及＿3＿份副本，标明合同号和唛头的手签发票（如果唛头不止一个，则发票将分别填制）。
（3）Packinglistin2originalsissuedbytheManufacturers.
（3）由制造者出具的装箱单2份正本。
（4）CertificateofqualityandquantityissuedbytheManufacturersin1original（s）and2copies.
（4）由制造者出具的质量和数量证明书1份正本及2份副本。
（5）copyoffaxtotheBuyermadebytheSellerwithin24hoursaftershipmentadvisingtheparticularsofshipment.
（5）装船后24小时内，卖方出具给买方的写明详细装运情况的传真副本一份。
（6）ForCIPTerms,1originalsand2duplicatecopiesofairtransportationinsurancepolicyfor110%fullCIPinvoicevalueofContractCommodityshowingclaimspayableinChinainContractCurrencywithoutdeductibleclauseandcoveringallrisks,warrisk.
（6）CIP条件下，投保一切险和战争险，投保金额为合同货物发票价值１１０％并注明可以在中国以合同货币理赔且不含免赔条款的空运保险单1份正本及2份副本。
（7）1originalsand2duplicatecopiesofthevalidexportlicenseissuedbyrelevantauthoritiesoftheSeller’sand/ormanufacturer’scountryortheSeller’sstatementcertifyingthatnoexportlicenseisrequired.
（7）卖方和/或制造商国家有关当局出具的有效出口许可证或卖方出具的不需要出口许可证的声明1份正本和2份副本。
（8）2duplicatecopiesofplantquarantinecertificateorfumigationcertificateissuedbythecompetentgovernmentquarantineauthorityoftheexportcountryindicatingthatheattreatmentorfumigationtreatmenthasbeencarriedoutonthewoodencasepackage,orwrittenstatementissuedbytheSellerprovingthatnon-woodenmaterialsareusedforpacking.（totheextentrequiredbythelawofPRC）.
（8）出口国有关检疫当局出具证明已对木质包装进行热处理或熏蒸处理的植物检疫证书或熏蒸证明2份副本，或卖方出具的证明未使用木质包装的声明.
（9）1duplicatecopiesofChinaCompulsoryCertificate（CCC）（totheextentrequiredbythelawofPRC）.
（9）中国强制产品认证证书（CCC）1份副本。
（按照中国法律如果需要）
Inaddition,theSellershallwithin24hoursaftershipment,sendbyexpresstotheBuyeroneoriginalofairwaybill,invoice,packinglist,certificateoforigin,plantquarantinecertificateorfumigationcertificateissuedbythecompetentgovernmentquarantineauthorityoftheexportcountryorwrittenstatementissuedbytheSellerindicatingthatnon-woodenmaterialsareusedforpacking.（totheextentrequiredbythelawofPRC）andoneduplicatecopyofChinaCompulsoryCertificate.
并且，卖方应在货物发运后24小时内，通过特快专递向买方寄送空运单正本、发票正本、装箱单正本、原产地证书正本、出口国有关检疫当局出具的证明已对木质包装进行热处理或熏蒸处理的植物检疫证书正本或卖方出具的证明未使用木质包装的声明正本以及三C证明副本（按照中国法律如果需要）。
