就本题来说，考生可以从下面几个方面着手：

1.首先确定写作的时态和人称：

以一般现在时、第三人称为主介绍学生的看法；

2.梳理所给提示，列出写作要点：

（1）为了了解大家对这个措施的看法，我们进行了一次采访，采访对象包括我们学校各年级的学生，他们的看法主要分为两类；

（2）一种看法是赞成这一措施——手机会影响学生上课时的注意力，对学习有负面影响（此时可列举现象）；（3）另外一种看法为手机是私人物品，不能收走，会影响与家人的联系，他们能约束好自己。

3.考虑写作中能够用到的词语、句式，如：
