1.0工程概况General
拜耳异氰酸酯和聚醚项目MDI联合装置罐区共有各种类型泵约67台；其中V911罐区15台，V912罐区21台，V913罐区31台；均安装在地面层。
所有泵现场安装后，原则上不进行拆检。
泵的单机试用祥见《动设备单机试用方案》。

4.0施工措施及质量要求Constructionmeasuresandqualityrequirements
4.1施工准备：
Constructionpreparation:
安装前应具备下列技术资料：
Thefollowingtechnicaldocumentsmustbeavailablebeforeinstallationcommencement:
1、泵设备出厂合格证明书。
Ex-worksqualitycertificateforpumps.
2、制造厂提供的有关重要零件和部件的制造、装配质量检验证书及泵的试运转记录。
Themanufactureandassemblingqualityinspectioncertificatesforcriticalcomponentsandpartsaswellasthepumptestrunrecordsprovidedbyvendor.
3、泵与附属设备安装平面图、基础图、总装配图，主要部件图、易损件图及安装使用说明书等。
Theinstallationplotplan,foundationdrawing,generalassemblingdrawing,diagramsforcriticalpartsandwearingparts,aswellastheinstallationandoperationmanualforpumpsandauxiliaryequipment.
4、泵的装箱清单。
Packinglistofpumps.
5、泵随机技术资料。
Technicaldocumentssuppliedtogetherwithpumps.
4.2开箱检验：
Openpackageinspection:
4.2.1设备开箱应将下列资料准备齐全：
Thefollowingdocumentsmustbeavailableandcompletewhenopenpackageinspectionistobeperformed:
6、设备供货清单及装箱清单。
Equipmentsupplylistandpackinglist.
7、设备随机图纸及说明书。
Drawingsandmanualssuppliedtogetherwiththedocuments.
8、设备合格证、检验试验记录。
Thequalitycertificate,inspectionandtestrecordsforequipment.
9、主机、附属设备及零、部件进行外观检查；并核实零、部件的品种、规格、数量等。
发现有缺陷和怀疑的设备应重点检查；并做出详细记录。
Visuallyinspectthemainequipment,auxiliaryequipment,componentsandparts,andverifythetype,specification,quantityandetc.forthecomponentsandparts.Theequipmentisidentifiedsuspectedasdefectiveshallbehighlighted,anddetailrecordsshallbefilledoutforsuchitems.
4.2.2开箱注意事项：
Precautionsforopenpackageinspection:
1、开箱应使用合适的工具，不得猛烈敲击，以防损坏设备，对装有精密设备的箱件，应注意对加工面的妥善保护。
Propertoolsshallbeusedforopenpackageinspection,violentlyknockingshallbeprohibitedsoastoavoiddamagingtheequipment;specialattentionshallbepaidtothepackagescontainingprecisionequipmentsoastoproperlyprotectthemachinedsurface.
2、设备的转动和滑动部件，在防腐涂料未清理前，不得转动和滑动；检查后仍进行防腐处理。
Therotaryandslidingpartsofequipmentshallnotberotatedorslidbeforeremovingthecorrosionproofcoating;suchpartsshallbere-treatedwithanti-corrosionmeasuresafterinspection.
3、装箱设备开箱后，不能立即安装完的，应复箱封闭好；对露天放置的箱件，应加设防雨罩。
Theequipmentshallbepackedandsealedintheoriginalpackageifsuchequipmentwillnotbeinstalledimmediatelyafteropenpackageinspection;weatherproofsheltershallbeprovidedforthepackagesstoredinopenair.
4、对已领回的零部件要妥善保管，一些重要件、精密件要放置在货架上。
Thepartsandaccessoriesthathavebeenreceivedfrommaterialdepartmentshallbeproperlystored,andtheimportantandprecisionpartsshallbeplacedonshelf.
5、对有缺陷或疑问的设备、部件要清楚地描述出缺陷的部位、程度、性质。
对有疑问的要写出产生疑问的原因，并形成联合检查备忘录，报EPC项目部。
Theposition,degreeandnatureofthedefectsshallbeclearlystatedfortheequipmentandpartsthataredefectiveordoubtable.Statethereasonsfordoubt,ifany,ajointinspectionmemorandumshallbepreparedandsubmittedtoEPCprojectdepartment.
4.3基础验收：
Foundationacceptance:
1、基础移交时，土建专业应有测量记录。
在基础上应明显地标注出：
标高基准线及基础的纵横中心线。
Thecivildisciplineshallprovidethesurveyingrecordswhenthefoundationishandedover.Thefoundationshallbeclearlymarkedwithelevationdatumlineandlongitudinalandlatitudinalcenterlines.
2、进行外观检查，不得有裂纹、蜂窝、空洞、露筋等缺陷。
Theappearanceoffoundationmustbecheckedandfreeofanydefectsuchascrack,honeycomb,cavity,exposedrebarandetc.
3、按有关土建基础图及机器的技术文件，对基础的尺寸及位置进行复测检查，应符合下表。
Thefoundationdimensionsandpositionsshallbere-inspectedagainsttherelevantcivilfoundationdrawingandtechnicaldocumentsfortheequipment,andtheinspectionresultsshallbeincompliancewiththefiguresinfollowingtable.
