1.General:

SD22three-phasemulti-functionelectronicenergymeterisspecificintegrated,high-techintelligentinstrument.

Themeter,adoptingthestate-of-the-artASIC,non-volatilememory,standardRS485interface,IRcommunication,LCDdisplay,isdesignedandmanufacturedwithSMTtechnicsaccordingtoIECandintermsofChinesesituation.

Thiskindofenergymeterintegratesmanyfunctions,realizingactivebi-directional,reactive4quadrantTOUenergy,splitphase,demandandpowerfactormetering,displayingandremotelytransmittingreal-timevoltage,current,power,loadprofileandetc;meantime,novoltage,phaseloss,currentloss,voltagequalificationratelog,alarmanddisplayfunctionareavailable,whichcaneffectivelypreventstamperingaswellasmeetselectricpowermanagementautomationrequirement.

Uponrequestoftheusers,themetercanbeinstalledwithradiomodulesothatremotemeterreadingchannelisavailable.

1.1Performance

1.1.1Themeter’scircuitdesignandcomponentsadoptingarebasedonalargerangeofenvironmenterror,assuringthemeterbeingabletoworkstablyinalongterm.Basically,theaccuracywillnotbevariousuponfrequency,temperatureandvoltagechanging.Smallsize,lightweight,goodsealingproperty,highreliabilityandstrongresistancetodisturbance

1.1.2ThebackupLithiumbatteryisavailable,itcanguaranteethatthedatawillnotlose,calendar,clockandtimeperiodprocedurecontrolcanworknormallywhenthepowerisoff,andthemeterwillautomaticallyoperatewhenthepowerisrestored.

1.1.3Photo-electricitycouplingpulseoutputportissetonmeterterminalblock,easyforerrortestanddatacollecting.Pulseoutputconstantisconsistentwithmeterconstant.

1.1.4MeterrunninginformationcanbetransmittedthroughIRhandheldcomputer,RS485andphoto-electricityinterface.

1.1.5Theworktemperaturerangeis-40~65℃,andtherelativehumidityshouldnotexceed85%

1.2Workingprinciple:

AftervoltageandcurrentsignalsinPhaseA,B,CareconvertedintocorrespondingdigitalinformationthroughASIC,themeterwillcalculatethevoltage,current,powerandenergyineachphase;CPUreadsthedatathroughSPI,obtainsandrecordsenergy,demandandpowerfactoretc.throughprocedureprocessing.Atthesametime,itcanalsodistinguishtheabnormityofvoltageorcurrentineachphaseandrecordthestatusofcorrespondingvoltagelossandcurrentloss.

Beforeoutgoingthefactory,themeterisadjustedandsealed,soadjustmentisnotrequiredafteroutgoing.Ifadjustmentneeded,itcanbedonethroughsoftwareprovidedbyourcompany.

1.4.2Calibration

Thiskindofwatt-hourmeterhasspecifictestingapertureforactiveandreactive.Whenyoutestit,inordertoensurethetestingaccuracy,youshouldaddthepulsewhenthecurrentincreasesatthedifferenttestingspot(thecurrentrangesfrom1%Ibto4Ib),andyoushouldchooserightlyintherangeof1to8pulse.

Theindicationlightsofactiveandreactivearered.ThereactiveimportandexportcanbesetasⅠ+Ⅳ,Ⅱ+ⅢorⅠ+Ⅱ,Ⅲ+Ⅳuponrequestoftheuser.

Whenthecurrentlowerlimit≥setvalue(settable),currentimbalancerate≥setvalue(settable),themeterisidentifiedascurrentloss.Ifcurrentlosssurpasses30sec(settable),themeterwillsendsound-lightalarm,displayphasewithfailure,startinteriorcurrentlosslogprogramtorecordthephaseo
