一.前言FOREWORD

本安装使用说明书提供了本机组在安装、启用、操作和定期维护保养上的实际说明，但不包括本机长期运转所需的定期维护步骤，这种维护建议让信誉可靠的维护公司指派合格的维护技师进行。

Theinstructionisusedfortheclienttoinstall、startup、operateandtermlymaintain,butnotincludinglongmaintenance.Thelongmaintenanceoftheunitshouldbedonebytheprofessionalmaintenancecompany.

二.验收CHECKANDACCEPT

本机抵达时，签收前应先检查外表，如有损坏，应在签收单上注明，并在交货后72小时内书面通知运送人，同时通知当地的申菱空调设备有限公司办事处人员。

机器到货后，应于15天内完成全部检查。

如发现任何隐藏在机箱内的损坏，应停止开箱，可能时拍摄损坏的材质，立即以电话通知送货人及当地的申菱空调设备有限公司办事处人员，隐藏性的损坏应于到货后15天内提出报告。

Checktheappearancebeforesigningforwhiletheunitreachdestination.Iffindoutsidedamage,youshouldindicateitonthesigningdocumentandgiverequisitiontothecarrierinseventytwohours,andinformthefactoryoroffice.Allofthecheckshouldbecompletedinfifteendays.Ifyoufindsomeinsidedamageoftheunit,immediatelytellthecarrierandfactorybytelephoneandtakepicturesofthedamagedmaterialifpossibleandsendthereportinfifteendays.

三.安装INSTALLATION

1.机体安装ORGANISMINSTALLATION

1）.检查起重系统的性能，确保可以承受本机重量。

（机组重量参见铭牌）

2）.确保机组周围有足够空间供维修门和过滤网的拆卸，以便维护。

3）.确保机组周围有足够空间供连接进出水管用。

（如图一）

4）.确保机组周围有足够空间，以便更换皮带轮，电机，盘管等。

5）.机组采用天花板内水平吊装，吊杆与机组底吊架垂直，并必须锁紧上下螺母。

安装后应调整好机组水平度，机组不得承受外装水管和风管的重量。

4）Enoughspacearoundtheunitmustbeensuredtoconvenientlyreplacepulley、motorandcoil.

5）Theunitissuspendedflatlyintheceiling,suspenderandunit'sfoundationkeepverticaltogether,andlockedtightlybynuts,adjustthedegreeoflevelafterinstallation,theunitcannotenduretheweightofoutsidewaterpipesandairpipes.（Asfigure1）

2.风管安装AIRPIPEINSTALLATION

1）.风管的设计应有良好的通风功能，应避免风管断面发生突然变化或在风机出口处使风拐弯。

2）.作为新风机组使用时，应在新风管道上安装密闭式保温风阀。

3）.需要新回风混合时，可将新风管道接装到回风管道上。

4）.机组进出风口与风管间的连接应采用软接头连接，与机组连接的风管重量不得由机组承担。

注意：

在连接风管前，不可运转机器；机器运转时，不可卸开风管。

2.Whenituseasfreshairunit,toavoidthatoutletaireffectinletairconditionwhenturningofftheunit,heatpreservationairtightvalveshouldbeinstalledinfreshairduct.

3.Whenyouneedtomixfreshandreturnair,freshairductcanbeconnectedreturnairduct.

4.Thejointbetweenairinlet/outletandairductshouldbesoftmaterialandunitshouldnotbeartheductweight.

Note:

Beforeconnectingairpipe,nottoruntheunit;whenrunning,nottodisconnectairpipe.

3.电气安装ELECTRICALINSTALLATION

1）.本产品采用三相三线、380V、50HZ或单相、220V、50HZ交流电源，具体请参看机组铭牌。

2）.所有连接电缆应保证安全。

3）.机组应有可靠良好的接地。

4）.风机电机应接在有过载保护装置的电源上。

电机功率大于15KW时，应采用降压

启动方式。

5）.启动前，应进行全部电气测试，以查证是否符合安全要求。

1.Thepoweroftheunitis380V-3-50Hz.Youcanfindtheelectricalperformancedataonthenameplate.

2.Allcablesshouldbeconnectedreliably.

3.Theunitshouldbereliablygrounded.

4.Themotor'spowershouldincludeaoverloadprotectionequipment.Andifthemotorpowerexceed15KW,amotorstartersuchasstar-deltastarterisrecommended.

Checkthewiringbeforeturnontheunit.

4.管路连接PIPELINECONNECTION

1）.水盘管和蒸汽盘管均为标准配件，附外螺纹式盘管接头。

2）.安装时，应避免盘管接头连接太紧，以免损伤盘管集水管和盘管接头

3）.进出水管在机组外须装有阀门，用来调节流量和检修时切断冷热水源。

另外进出水管必须保温。

4）.凡是有两路或两路以上进出水管的机组，接管时请并联连接。

5）.蒸汽盘管前应设置排水弯，确保冷凝水正常排出，避免造成水击作用损坏盘管。

蒸汽经过减压阀后的压力（即盘管内压力）请勿超过0.3MPa。

6）.冷凝水管必须安装存水弯后通下水道，存水弯尺寸见图四。

7）.为保证冷凝水排放畅通,排水管道应有1/25~1/50的倾斜率。

8）.与机组连接的水、汽管重量不得由机组承担。

图四中，H1≥（P/10+20）mm,式中:

P为机组余压,单位为Pa。

H2≥60mm。

1）.Bothwatercoilandsteamcoilarestandardfittingsandtheirjointshavescrewthread.

2）.Thecoiljointdon'tconnecttightlywhileinstalling,inordertoavoidthecatchmentpan

andjointdamage.

3）.Therearevalvesinthewaterpipetoregulatefluxandcutoffcold/hotwaterwhilerepairing.Andthewaterpipemustbewrappedbyheatpreservationmaterial.

4）.Parallelconnectthewaterpipeswhentherearemorethanonepairofwaterpipespasstheunit.

5）.Youshouldsetdrainagebeforesteamcoiltoensurethedrainofcondensedwater.Thesteamypressafterpassingthedecompressvalveisforbiddentoexceed0.3MPa.

6）.Condensingwaterpipeconnectswithdrainerafterinstallingthewatertrap,thedimensionofwatertrapasfigure4.

7）Toensurecondensingwaterdrainswimmingly,thereis1/25~1/50therateofslope.

8）.Theunitdon'tbeartheweightbothofwaterpipeandsteampipewhichbeconnectedwiththeunit

四.使用Operation

1.启动前检查CheckBeforeStart

1）.运输时各零部件有松动可能，因此在安装完成后应检查所有螺栓紧固件的松紧程度。

尤其是传动性零部件（如皮带轮、轴承等）。

2）.用手旋转风机叶轮，确保叶轮能自由旋转。

检查后确保风机内无异物，

3）.检查风机、电机的润滑情况。

4）.检查机组内（或风管系统内）无异物，空气进、出口无堵塞。

5）.检查所有的减振器均在其正确位置，功能正常。

6）.检查所有电气连接，确保风机电机转动方向正确。

7）.检查控制设备的安全装置，确保正常。

8）.检查水、电、气是否畅通。

9）.检查盘管部分的冷凝水存水弯，确保安装正确，避免排水不畅。

1.Thecomponentsoftheunitmaybecomelesscrowdedduringtransport,henceyoushouldcheckthestateallofthefastensettingespeciallyforthetransmissiblecomponents（suchaspulleyandbearing）aftercompletingtheinstallation.

2.Rotatethefan'simpellerbyhandtoensuretheimpellercanrotatefreelyandtheimpuritymustnotbeinthefan.

3.Checkthelubricationoffanandmotor.

4.Checktheimpurityintheunitorairductandensureairpassinlet/outletfreely.

5.Checktherightpositionallofthevibrationisolator.

6.Checktheconnectionoftheelectricaltoensurethemotorofthefanrunintherightdirection.

7.Checkthesafeequipmentofcontrollertoensuretheunitworknormally.

8.Checkthepower,waterandflow.

9.Checkthecoiltraptoensureinstallcorrectlyanddrainswimmingly.

2.启动Startup

完成以上检查后，即可启动本机组，进行以下检查及调整。

1）.测量电机电压和电流，比较所得数据与电机铭牌上的资料，确保电机不过载。

2）.测量风量和风压，如与铭牌值不符，可调整风阀或皮带轮。

Afterfinishtheabovechecking,youcanturnontheunitcheckthesubjectsasfollowing:

1.Measurethevoltageandcurrentofthemotor,comparethemwiththeperformancedataonthenameplate.Insurethatthemotorwouldnotoverload.

2.Measuretheflowpressureandvolume,regulatetheflowvalveorpulleyifthedatadifferentwiththoseonthenameplate.

3.日常使用Dailyuse

1）.本机组夏季制冷使用7℃冷水（不低于5℃），冬季制热使用60℃热水（不高于65℃）,水质应保证要求。

制热蒸汽压力为70kPa（115℃）。

2）.在设备不使用季节，夏季要使换热器充满水，以减少管道锈蚀，冬季要使换热器中的水排空，以免冻裂。

1.Coolingwaterat7℃,notlowerthan5℃,isrecommendedtouseinsummeraswellashotwaterat60℃,nothigherthan65℃,orsteamat70KPainpressure（115℃intemperature）isrecommendedinwinter.

2.Iftheunitwillnotuseforalongtime,itshouldbefilledwithwaterinsummertoavoidrustanddrainedinwintertoavoidfreeze.

5.维护保养Maintenance

进行日常维护时应首先确保人身安全。

1）.确保维护工程师与机器间绝缘。

2）.风机停止转动前，维护工程师不得进入机器内。

3）.进入机器内前，确保各电气装置与总电源隔离。

Themostimportantthingispersonalsafetywhiledoingmaintenance.

1.Insurethattheinsulationisenoughbetweenthemaintenanceengineerandmachine.

2.Maintenanceengineersareforbiddenentranceintothemachinebeforethefanstoprotation.

3.Insurethateveryelectricalcomponentsisinsulatedfrompowerbeforeenterintomachine.

以下维护项目建议每三至六个月进行一次，实际维护间隔视负荷及周围条件而定。

1）.检查轴承有无磨损及润滑油的泄露现象。

2）.检查轴承锁定螺栓及其他螺栓的松紧度。

3）.检查皮带张力，如有打滑，应作调整。

更换磨损的皮带。

Thefollowingsubjectsarerecommendedthatbetakenonceevery3to6months,theactualintervalbaseontheloadandambientcondition.

1.Checkthebearingwhetherithaswornoutorthereisphenomenaoflubeleak.

2.Checkthetightnessofboltsofthebearing.

3.Checkthetensionofbelt.Itshouldberegulatedifthebeltskiddingorreplacedifithaswornout.

以下维护项目建议每年进行一次。

1）.检查电气接线情况。

2）.检查机壳有无破裂及腐蚀现象，如有，应清理并油漆。

3）.检查所有维修门的密封是否良好，开关是否灵活。

皮带张力：

皮带应维持正确的张力，以避免轴承提早报废和不必要的皮带磨损。

皮带张力检查可利用皮带张力检查器。

皮带维护：

以干布清洁皮带表面，皮带表面不可沾有任何油脂。

更换皮带时，应使用同型的新皮带，并正确安装皮带。

并校准皮带轮，确保皮带轮基准面在同一平面上。

Cleanthesurfaceofthebeltwithdryclothes,keepthesurfaceoutofanyoil.Replacethebeltwithasametype,andthenregulatethepulleytoinsurethetwopulleysareinthe

注意：

皮带不要过紧，那样可能损坏轴承对皮带驱动来说，合适的张紧度是在最大负荷时皮带不会滑动。

盘管维护：

1）.定期检查盘管的清洁度。

2）.以正常气流的相反方向喷射压缩空气、蒸汽或水即可有效清洗盘管。

如盘管十分肮脏，应使用清洁剂清洗。

机组运行两年后应用化学方法清除换热器水管内的水垢。

过滤网维护：

开始启用本机组时，由于系统风管内灰尘较多，很快就会堵塞滤网，因此，运行8小时后，应进行清洗。

以后每月清洗一次。

Coilmaintenance
