Thefestivalwillprovideahostofpublicartandentertainmentinadditiontothesandsculptures.AmericanartistsJosephBurgessandJoshuaWilkinsonwillpresent“TheHarps(竖琴)oftheCity”,eightgiantharpshand-carvedfromwood,eachwithadifferentsound,whilelocalartistsClaytonBlakeandCourtenayMcCuewilltakeoverthebeachwiththeirsculpturesinspiredbyseaanimals.
