“noyoungmanbelieveshewill ever fade”,itwasasayingofmyoldfriend,andafine one .welookroundinthisworld,fulloflife,andmotion,andceaselessprogress,asinsettingoutondelightfuljourney,westrainoureagergazeforward.thereisafeelingofeternityinyouth,justrightwhichmakesusamendforeverything.
aboutmy dream,itcanbetracedbacktomychildhood,ijustwantplaymore,whenigrewolder,iwasconvincedthatiwouldbeaphysicistorapsychologist.after,it’sapityformethaticouldnotdoanythingtoapproachit.althoughtheyhaveceasedtoexistanddispeared,theyleadmygrowthalongtheway.dreamsnourishourspirit,theyrepresentpossibilityeventhenwearedraggeddownbyreality.dreamisthebeacon.,withoutdream,thereisnosecuredirection;withoutdirection,thereisnolife.soibelievetheimportantthinginlifeistohaveagreatdream,andthedeterminationtoattainit.withoutowndream,we
couldnever havegrownuparealman.andinfact,not only forpersonal,butalsoforworld.
now,ihaveadreamthat one dayournationwouldriseupandliveoutthetruemeaningofitspledgeofterritorialintegrityandpeople'srichandpowerful,suchasourdiaoyuisland.
andasforpersonal dream,myidealfuturecareeristobeaurbanandregionalplannerwhocouldfunctionasachiefplanneranddesignerofacity.
atfirst,itwasmynaturalteacherofseniorhighschoolwhobroughtmegreatinterestinarchitecturesandcitieswheniwasfarawayfromurbanplanning.andthenimetmanycitiesinandoutofbooksbymyyself.differentplacesanddifferentculturesjustmadememoreinterestedincities.
iseethatthere’remanyproblemscausedbyurbandevelopmentandthelackofdeliberateplanning,suchasenvironmentalpollution,slums,urbansprawlingetc.citiesestablishthekindofhousing,industrial,andretailfacilitieswhichcanbebuiltinit.othersevaluatetheimpactofproposedresidentialormercialdevelopmentandsuggestwaysformunitiestorespond.andiwanttoprotectopenspaceandagriculturallandinthefaceofincreasingdemandsfornewhomesandbusiness.theurbanplanningsystemshouldbepleteandcanrunitselfandmostcitieshavedevelopedandthere’remuchexperienceandmanycasestolearn.iwanttomit.

1,立志—不用我说,大家都知道是意思的;
2,专注—实际就是一种持之以恒的心态,坚持不放弃。
放弃就是最大的失败!
短暂的激情是不值钱的!
华再东老师是个疯狂的例子,一天24个小时都在读英语,人家甚至把洗澡的时间都利用啦!
还有一个是关于一个买手机的人(记忆不好,不知道是谁啦!
),他从14岁开始就爱上了歌剧,他的坚持持续了20几年,最终走上了歌剧的舞台,赢得了人们的掌声。
3,勇敢—这其实就是一种冒险。
人生不是大的冒险,便是一无所获。
我们越怕什么,就要做什么。
有人会说我们是在出风,你怕吗?
不怕,自己的路,本就该自己走。
4,练习—就是勤加练习。
比如,你要考四级,你就要练习题目,要记单词;你要靠计算机二级,你就要勤加上级操作…以后要做什么,现在就开始练习什么。
只要迈出前进的步伐,一切都还来得及!
5,找动力—就是要找到一种可以支配你前进的因素。
很多人都在说这样的话“我坚持不了啊!
”“我起不来啊!
”,这就是缺乏动力的表现。
动力是很重要的,你可以想一想你的为你上大学任劳任怨的爸爸妈妈,还是相当贫困的家乡,你想改变他们吗?
网上搜,很多惨不忍睹的照片就会出现很多。
我自以为我的家乡不这么好,可是在那一晚,我看到了,原来还有很多贫困的地方,还有很多需要帮助的人们。
尤其是那一双双期盼的眼神,试问,我们能做什么?
这真是一个值得思考的问题。

国培专题讲座学习感悟
在上一次国培中,我初步认识到了国培对于提高我们教师自身的专业水平有很大的帮助,所以这次我又去争取了这次国培的机会,想通过这次的国培学习进一步认识我们小学数学老师所面临的成长问题,以及如何提高自身的文化修养。
本次培训为我们设计了灵活多样的培训方式,使我们农村教师有幸聆听了专家对我们的理论指导。
专题一让我懂得了要以“情”为纽带,让情感走进课堂,给儿童宽阔的思维空间,教师要为学生创设良好的学习环境。
在我们培训的每一天都可以聆听到教育专家的报告,听取不同类型的讲座,每一天都能感受到思想火花的碰撞。
几天的培训,我从中学到了很多,不仅拓宽了我的视野,还丰富了我的实践经验,更让我的思想得到了升华,使我对教育有了更新的认识,更加热衷于教育事业。
学习让我感到了自己的无知,思考让我认识了实践的艰难,学习的最大收获,我觉得不在于掌握了多少技巧、多少理论,更重要的是有了强烈的课程意识,更加深刻地体会到了“知易行难”的道理。
虽然研修的时间不长,但这种学习形式,为我们以后继续学习,掌握必要的学习技能,打下了很好的基础。
通过研修,自己进一步明确了教师专业化成长对教师个人成长的作用,自己在教学中多了些反思,我们很多时候考虑问题的时候都是说学生的多,很少能够从自身出发,多问问自己究竟做了些什么,那些还需要改进等等。
比如小学数学教学的方法有很多,游戏教学、情境教学,建立数学模型等。
在教育这块热土中教师的职业道德对教师起着决定作用,也许态度决定一切就是如此吧。
同时,我学会了变换角度审视自己的教育教学工作,在新理念的引领下,不断反思、调整我的教育
观,正是这种换位思考,让我学会了信任学生,并不断地感受到信任带来的惊喜和力量。
总之,良好的数学学习习惯不会自然生成的,而是经有意识培养形成的。
小学生学习数学,主要通过课堂教学形式,所以,良好的学习习惯的养成主要是靠教师。
在今后的小学数学教学工作中,我将会更加努力学习,为农村的教育事业贡献自己的一份力量。
同时,使我的专业理论基础得到加强。
我会将国培国学习到的知识应用到教学实践中去,边实践边总结边反思,不断巩固所学知识,真正做到学用结合,联系实际,学
