摘　要

有个伟人说妇女能顶半边天，有个聪明的作家说男人的一半是女人。

其实，当今世界，唱主角的依旧是男人，女人犹如一座深藏的宝藏，远远没有被挖掘出来。

不可否认，伴随经济全球化，知识经济，我国入世等诸多因素的影响，女性的人生舞台得到了极大拓展，其修养意识、交际意识、家庭意识、成功意识等迅速强化。

她们渴望社会认可，发挥潜力；渴望魅力四射，展示自我；渴望独立进取，事业成功；渴望婚姻美满，人生幸福，但要真正成为这样的成功女性并不容易。

本文通过对《飘》中两个典型女性人物的分析，提出现代女性可从中学习和借鉴的地方，主要是在事业方面可学习斯佳丽的创新意识与能力以及自信；在家庭生活方面可学习梅拉妮对丈夫的信任、尊重以及拥有一颗无限的爱心；在人际交往方面可学习斯佳丽充分利用美丽的外表优势和梅拉妮拥有的微笑、诚实以及友好态度等内在的修养。

Butastimegoesby,withthedevelopmentofsociety,women’sstaturehasimprovedalot.Womenin21stcenturyarenotwhattheywerecenturiesago.Modernwomenhavechangedalotandhavetheiruniquecharactersandfeatures.
