Recently,thereisaseriousproblembecamemoreandmoreimportantinoursightaboutthewasteonCampus.Studentsalwaysdroptheplatewithmanyrice,vegetableandmeat.Andtheyoftenforgettoturnoffthelightintheroom.ThesethingstellusonefactaboutthewasteinCampusisabigproblem.

Lasttimewhenmanystudentshadtomovetoanothercampus,Ifoundthatstudents,especiallygirls,desertedalotofusefulthings,booksinduded,evenmostofwhichwerenew.It’saterriblewasteofmaterialandmoney.Obviouslythiskindofthinghappensnotonlyinouruniversitybutalsoonothercampus.Although,inmanybepersonalaffairstodealwithstudents’ownmoneyandgoods,wehavetoreducewasteoncampussothatwecanappreciatethevalueofthisgoodhabitinourdailylife,wecandomanysimplethings.

First,ifwehavebooksyoudon’tneedoryoucan’ttakeawayforanotherplace,don’ttreatthemasgarbage.Wecancollectandputthematthecorneronthefirstfloorofthedormitory.Thenotherpeoplecanpickupbookstheyneed.Thiscutioncansavemanytrees,whichareessencialtoourphysicalenvironment.

Withthegreatdevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,people’slivingstandardshaverapidlyimprovedoncampus.Livingstandardshaverapidlyimproved.Oncampus,withmoreandmorechoicesofdifferentmaterials,suchasfoodthecateenprovides,studentsseemtofallintoabadhabit-wasting.Inmyopinion,asqualifiedstudents,weshoulddoawaywithsuchkindofbehavior,foritreallybringharmtoourselvesaswellasthesociety.Themainreasonsareasfollows:

First,itisavistualbehaviortosavematerialsinourradition,peoplewhothrowthegoodtraditionawayseemtobeunaueptablebysociety.Second,thethingswewastetodaymaybetheonesthatotherpeoplebadlyneed.Itwillcauseashortofsupplyinmaterial.Lastbutnottheleast,mostofcollegestudentsfinancilydependontheirparents.Wastingmaterialsmeansbeingunrespectfulofthehardworkoftheirparents,whowouldbereallydepressedonce’stheyknowthetruth.
