1.0阳极安装说明AnodeInstallationInstructions
1.1定位Orientation
辅助阳极安装在船体的两侧,其安装位置须满足以下条件。
Auxiliaryanodeisinstalledattwoendsofthehull,andtheinstallationlocationsshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:
1.1.1辅助阳极需安装在轻水线以下,一般与推进器轴平行的位置,特殊情况可上下调整。
Auxiliaryanodeshouldbeinstalledunderthelightwaterline;generallythelocationshouldbeparallelwiththepropellershaftwhichcouldbeadjustedupwardsordownwardsunderspecialcircumstances.
1.1.2辅助阳极在船体的横向位置应该是:
两只安装于近艉部。
具体位置可由安装工程师现场指导。
Thehorizontallocationoftheauxiliaryanodeonthehullshouldbe:
twoshouldbeinstallednearthestern.Thedetailedlocationcanbeon-siteinstructedbyinstallationengineer.
1.1.3阳极安装位置其船体钢板外侧比较平坦。
Theexternalhullplateinstallingtheanodeshouldberelativelyflat.
1.1.4阳极安装位置其船舱内侧有一定空间,易于安装和维修。
Thecabininnerinstallingtheanodeshouldhavecertainspacetofacilitatetheinstallationandmaintenance.
1.1.5左舷与右舷两侧安装的阳极应该对称的。
Theanodesinstalledatportsideandstarboardsideshouldbesymmetrical.
1.2开孔Holeopening
1.2.1在确定的位置上用气焊开孔,其孔直径与阳极结构图中尺寸相符。
Opentheholeatdeterminedlocationbygaswelding,withtheholediameteridenticalwiththedimensionsinanodestructurediagram.
1.2.2开好孔后应将其清理干净。
同时将阳极总成的阳极及绝缘底座拆下。
Theopenedholesshouldbecleared,whiletheanodeandtheanodeassemblyremovetheinsulatingbase.
1.3密封套焊接Weldingthewatertightwrap
将阳极结构图中的密封套“9(与安装底板组成一体)”按结构图焊接,在焊接前需将其位置摆正,密封套“9”要与船体垂直,安装底板“7”与船体紧贴并焊接(密封套体在舱内)。

1.4水密罩焊接Weldingthewatertightgland
将阳极结构图中水密罩“16”按结构图焊接在密封套的外圈。
Theanodechartwatertightcover"16"byweldingtheouterringinthegland.
1.5阳极安装AnodeInstallation
1.5.1将阳极按结构图进行安装,(舱外有人)将阳极接线柱从密封套孔伸入舱内,在舱内将阳极的接线柱定位并将密封橡皮塞、绝缘套“15”水密压盖等按正确安装方式装上。
并用万用电表测试阳极与船体的绝缘度,正常情况为不导通。
一切正常后,在船体外壳用固定螺丝将阳极绝缘底座“4”与安装底板“7”固定,同时在舱内将水密罩压盖拧紧。

1.5.2将舱外的阳极固定螺丝用环氧树脂(或胶水)封掉。
Sealsthecabinoutsideanodeanchorscrewwiththeepoxyresins(orglue).
1.5.3接线:
将阳极线接上,并拧紧螺母。
Wireconnection:
connecttheanodewiresandtightthenuts.
1.5.4检查:
检查阳极与钢板的绝缘度,紧固螺丝是否松动,水密是否可靠,确认一切正常后,将阳极待用。
Inspection:
checktheinsulationdegreebetweentheanodeandtheplate;checkwhetherthefasteningscrewsareloose,whetherthewatertightisreliable.Theanodewillbereadyforuseafterallareconfirmedtobenormal.
1.6涂装阳极屏蔽层Anodeshieldpaint
在阳极安装好后,在阳极四周涂装阳极屏蔽层,屏蔽层的面积为:
3.14m2(Φ2000mm),其厚度为:
阳极四周围应达2.0mm,最远的部分为1mm,在涂装前应将涂刷部位除锈出白达Sa21/2。
阳极屏蔽层为甲、乙两组份分装,使用时将甲、乙两组份1:
1混合搅拌均匀后涂刷。
Afterinstallingtheanode,theanodesurroundingshouldbecoatedwithanodeshieldpaint,withtheshieldpaintareaof3.14m2(Φ2000mm);thethicknessshouldbe:
theanodesurroundingshouldbe2.0mm,andutmostpartsshouldbe1mm;therustatcoatingpartsshouldberemoveduntilSa21/2.Theanodeshieldpaintissub-packedinAandBtwogroups;mixAandBtwogroupsin1:
1uniformlybeforeuseandcoating.
1.7检验Test
阳极安装好后,需进行检验,内容有:
Thefollowingitemsshouldbetestedaftertheanodeisinstallation:
a)绝缘试验:
在无水无雾条件下,其绝缘度>1MΩ,若有雾,用万用电表测不导通即可。
Insulationtest:
underwaterproofandfogproofcondition,theinsulationdegreeshouldbe>1MΩ;Iffog,itshouldbeunconnectedwhenmeasuredwithavometer.
b)耐压试验:
接入压缩空气,压力0.5MPa,历时15分钟无变化为合格。
Anti-pressuretest:
Connectthecompressedair,nochangesin15minuteswillbequalifiedwiththepressureof0.5MPa;
2.0参比电极安装ReferenceElectrodeInstallation
2.1定位Orientation
按照设计要求确定参比电极在船体的具体安装位置。
Determinethedetailedinstallationlocationofreferenceelectrodeinthehullaccordingtothedesignrequirements.
2.2开孔Holeopening
在确定的位置开孔,孔的直径为Ф91mm,开好孔后,应将其清理干净。
OpentheholeatdeterminedlocationwiththeholediameterofФ91mm.Theopenedholeshouldbecleared.
2.3焊接安装底板Weldingtheinstallationbackplane
将“参比电极结构图”中的底座法兰“3”按结构图焊接(需两面焊接),在焊接前需将其位置摆正,要与船体垂直。
Weldthemountingflange“3”inthereferenceelectrodestructurediagraminaccordancewiththestructurediagram(bothsidesshouldbewelded),thelocationshouldbeverticalwiththehullanditshouldbecorrectlylocatedbeforewelding.
2.4安装参比电极ReferenceElectrodeInstallation
将参比电极总成按结构图将进行安装,将参比电极体从舱内伸入安装底板孔中,用螺丝将水密罩法兰与安装底板固定。
Thereferenceelectrodeassemblyshouldbeinstalledaccordingtothestructurediagram,insertthereferenceelectrodethroughthecabinintotheholeoninstallationbackplane,andthenfixthewatertightenclosureflangewiththeinstallationbackplanewiththescrews.
2.5接线Wireconnection
先将参比电极线接上,并拧紧螺母。
Connectthereferenceelectrodewiresandtightthenuts.
2.6检查:
检查参比电极与钢板的绝缘度,紧固螺丝是否松动,水密是否可靠,确认一切正常后,将参比电极待用。
Inspection:
checktheinsulationdegreebetweenthereferenceelectrodeandtheplate;checkwhetherthefasteningscrewsareloose,whetherthewatertightisreliable.Thereferenceelectrodewillbereadyforuseafterallareconfirmedtobenormal.
2.7检验Test
参比电极安装好后,需进行检验,内容有:

a)绝缘试验:
用万用电表测定参比电极电缆与船体钢板之间的电阻,若显示不导通即为合格。
Insulationtest:
measuretheresistancebetweenthereferenceelectrodecableandhullplatewithavometer,ifunconnected,itwillbequalified.
b)耐压试验:
接入压缩空气,压力0.5MPa,历时15分钟无变化为合格。
Anti-pressuretest:
Connectthecompressedair,nochangesin15minuteswillbequalifiedwiththepressureof0.5MPa;
外加电流阴极保护装置试验程序及方法
TestproceduresandmethodsofICCP
1.0试验前的准备Preparationbeforethetest
装置在运行试验前,必须对装置的安装及接线进行严格检查,其检查内容有:
Beforethedeviceoperationtest,thedeviceinstallationandwireconnectionshouldbestrictlyinspected,including:
1.1阳极检查:
AnodeInspection
在船舶下水前,检查阳极与船体钢板是否绝缘,正常情况应该绝缘不导通,如果发现导通须找原因进行处理,同时检查水密安装是否可靠,安装是否牢固,在船舶下水后应再次检查水密情况。
Beforetheshiplaunching,theinsulationbetweentheanodeandthehullplateshouldbechecked;undernormalcircumstances,itshouldbeinsulatedwithoutconnection;ifconnected,findthereasonsfortreatment;atthesametimecheckwhetherthewatertightinstallationisreliableandwhethertheinstallationisfastened;re-checkthewatertightsituationaftertheshiplaunching.
1.2参比电极检查:
主要检查水密情况。
Inspectionofreferenceelectrode:
mainlycheckthewatertightsituation.
1.3恒电仪检查:
检查恒电位仪安装是否牢固,设备在安装中是否被损坏。
Inspectionofpotentiostat:
checkwhetherthepotentiostatinstallationissolidandwhethertheequipmentisdamagedduringtheinstallation.
1.4接线检查:
Wireconnectioninspection:
检查恒电位仪AC进线,联接是否正确,牢固。
CheckwhetherthepotentiostatAClineandconnectionarecorrectandfirm.
阳极线检查:
检查阳极线两端是否正确联接。
Anodewireinspection:
checkwhethertwoendsofanodewirearecorrectlyconnected.
阴极线:
接地线是否正确接地。
Cathodewire:
checkwhetherthegroundingwireiscorrectlygrounded.
参比电极线:
参比电极线是否接线正确,参比电极接线是否接好。
Referenceelectrodewire:
checkwhetherthereferenceelectrodewireiscorrectlyconnectedandwhetherthereferencewireconnectioniswellconnected.
2.0运行试验Operationtest
2.1在检查无误后才可以启动恒电位仪,进入运行试验状态。
Startthepotentiostattoentertheoperationteststateiftheinspectionisnormal.
“功能选择”开关K2置“手控”位置,并将W1、W2、W3电位器由逆时针方向旋转后回转二圈。
Placethe“FUNCTIONSELECTION”switchK2shouldbesetat“Manualcontrol”position,andW1,W2andW3potentiometershouldbeanti-clockwiserotatedbeforetwocirclesback-rotation.
2.2开机试验Boot-straptest
2.2.1手控试验Manualcontroltest
置“电源开关”K1于“ON”,数字显示表点亮,选择电位测量开关K3置于给定电位档,顺时针旋转“手控”电位器W1,使输出电压、电流逐渐上升。
Placethe“powerswitch”K1on“ON”,thedigitaldisplaymeterwilllightup,selectthepotentialmeasurementswitchK3onthegivenpotentialgrade,rotateinclockwisewaythe“manualcontrol”potentiometerW1tokeeptheoutputvoltageandcurrentrisinggradually.
2.2.2自动控制试验Automaticcontroltest
若上述正常,将开关K2置“恒电位”位置,K3调到给定位置上,顺时针调节恒电位的电位器W2,使电位逐渐上升至所设的保护电位-0.82V。
观察参比电位跟综给定电位值。
若参比电极跟踪测定的电位值与设定电位值基本一致,即为正常(注:
在本设备中,采用Ag-AgCl参比电极,其电位已转化显示为正值)。
Iftheabovearenormal,setswitchK2at“potentiostatic”positionandK3togivenposition;clockwiseadjustthepotentiometerW2ofthepotentiostattoincreasethepotentialtothesetprotectionpotential-0.82V.Observethegivenpotentialvaluebytrackingreferencepotential.Ifthemeasuredpotentialvaluet
