经过一学期的洗礼,让我深深感到当一名教师不简单,当一名班主任更是不简单。
需要无限的爱心、耐心,更要有如针般细的心,才能创造出让孩子茁壮成长的良好教育环境。
班主任工作是管理人的工作,我所面对的又是朝气蓬勃,有思想,有感情,自我表现欲强的一年级学生,所以一个学期下来,给我最最强烈的体会是:
班主任工作中既要有宏观的群体管理,又要有微观的个性发展;还要有强烈的前瞻性;工作更要细致的落实到位,只有这样才能使学生在班上健康全面发展。
作为一年级班主任,我针对我们班活泼好动的特点,做了如下的工作:
一、加强常规教育,培养孩子们的自觉性。
回忆起开学第一个月的情形,的确比较辛苦。
每天如“母鸡孵蛋”一般坐在班中。
从坐站、举手、排队、用餐等一一教起。
一个星期之后,学生渐渐地知道了每天何时当做何事。
于是,我结合制定的工作计划,利用晨会、班会等时间,从纪律、学习、卫生、安全、人文素养等方面,对学生进行规范化教育,使他们明白该做哪些事情,不该做哪些事情。
时间一长,学生的行为规范大有进步,已基本上适应了小学生活。
二、多表扬多奖励,激发孩子的上进心。
每天的早读课,我都会鼓励孩子用自己的方式朗读课文,并在巡回检查的过程中,将认真读书的学生大肆表扬,下课的时候把他们叫到面前谈谈心,夸夸他们的优点。
学生积极性大增,每天早读课他们都学习自读课文。
每天的教室打扫和其他的行为习惯,我也都会沿用早读课的奖励方法,并到一星期结束时进行全面评价,各方面都做得好或在某一方面有进步的,特别是坏毛病改掉一些的,我都会奖他们一颗星,利用孩子的上进心鞭策他们。
小朋友看到班级中的表扬榜上的星星都特别的开心,有的小朋友甚至早晨到班级中来的时候都要认真的看一看星星是不是掉了。
三、和家长多联系,多交流,共同促进孩子的发展。
我认为,一个人的成长离不开家庭的影响。
教师对孩子的影响再大,如果得不到家庭的响应与合作,必然是势单力薄的。
所以我经常利用家长接送孩子的时候,与家长交流,表达自己对教育孩子的看法,反映孩子的在校表现和提出一些建议等等。
一学期不知不觉过去了,从学生进校到现在,可以说孩子们的进步是很大的,会学习,会表达,能与老师、同学交流,能主动做好班上卫生,有的小干部也当得有模有样,并能比较自觉地遵守学校的各项规章制度。
四、做好后进生的转化工作
我们这个班,后进生还是有几个。
因此,转化后进生是班主任的一项必不可少的工作。
我认为对后进生要给予特别的关爱。
要做到思想上不歧视,感情上不厌倦,态度上不粗暴。
要用自己对差生的一片真诚的爱心,去叩响他们的心灵之门。
要善于发现他们的闪光点。
比如:
在课堂上不要紧紧盯着优等生,应多给后进生创造条件,鼓励他们举手发言,及时给予肯定、奖励,使他们也能自信地面对学习。
课外积极辅导,多与家长联系,争取家校联合为学生创造一个良好的学习环境,同时也促进班级学习氛围。
五、经常与任课教师取得联系,了解学生的学习情况,协同对学生进行学习目的教育,激发学习兴趣,培养刻苦学习的意志,教会学习方法,学好各门功课,并掌握学生的课业负担量。
通过以上工作,本班学生纪律、学习、卫生、日常行为规范等都有了较大转变,为今后的教育教学工作打好了基础。
当然,班主任工作是一门科学,需要不断探索,在今后的工作中我将不断努力,尽心尽责做好这一项工作。
