初三2017年春季开学家长会班主任教师发言稿范文

各位家长，你们好！

欢迎大家在百忙之中赶到这里，看到今天到会这么整齐，我很想借用许三多的话表达此时的感受我的工作有意义。

因为连续任教九年级，我能理解大家是带着三个问题来的剩下的短短50天里，究竟我们要怎么做？

你们要怎么做?

孩子们又要怎么做？

今天受九年级教师团队的委托，我想就以下三个方面的问题向大家作个简要的汇报。

（一）复习的方案和应考的策略

九年级各科的复习大致分为三轮，第一轮是按照教材顺序回顾和梳理知识要点及解题方法，第二轮是根据宜昌市中考题的题型特征分专题进行复习，第三轮是中考模拟训练。

其中，第一轮复习有利于学生对基础知识查缺补漏，更重要的是有利于不同程度的学生找到自信感受成功并从中产生学习的原动力。

目前各科这一阶段的复习已经结束，为了做到心中有数，老师们在进入复习之前都准备了一个帐本，也就是每个学生的知识要点过关情况记载册。

以数学为例共有35个知识点，学生各有各的弱项，若出现一次不过关的情况我们就会利用午休的时间再给补上第二次、第三次，直至过关为止，这样我们相当于进行了一遍拉网式的搜索。

应该说复习过程中的备课量是新课的5倍以上，因为我们要通览近三年内全国各地的中考题，了解各地考题中对每个考点的考查侧重点和试题形式，再结合宜昌考题的特点进行筛选、改编、整合，从而确保复习教学精讲精练，步步有效。

经过这样的训练，很多学生的成绩已经有了明显的提升。

另外，第二轮复习具有很强的针对性和应试性。

比如英语的阅读训练，比如语文的古文名句赏析等。

以数学为例，试卷后三大题分别是应用题、几何综合题、函数综合题，那么我们就要对这三种题型进行专项训练，一方面通过训练淡化学生的畏难情绪，另一方面将难题集中训练对比分析归纳方法更利于提高得分率。

数学由以往的25道题减少为24道题，而具有区分度的分值却由30分提高为33分，要应对这样的变化，我们只有对考题进行更深入的研究，希望训练的方向没有偏差。

学生走过这个阶段会很艰难，我们在为学生编印学案的同时还要兼顾到他们心态上的变化，有没有畏惧的，有没有抱怨的，有没有放弃的，有没有茅塞顿开的，坚持一个星期后估计会有大多数学生撑不住了，我们又将准备一些基础题和过度题让他们歇口气，这样反复两次后学生解决难题的能力将明显增强，而且再回头看前面的过渡题会感觉一览众山小。

从本周开始，各科的专题复习已经启动。

最后，第三轮的模拟考试是在进行一次次的演习，通过模拟让学生感受考场上怎样合理地确定答题的先后顺序，怎样控制各个大题的答题时间，怎样做到答题规范并书写工整，怎样克服答题时不得已跳过的障碍对后面解答的干扰，这些应考技巧都将在模拟训练中得到强化。

对模拟考试的成绩我们会分两大块进行分析，一是前87分的失分原因，二是后33的得分原因，学生要从知识要点和解题方法两个方面找到上述原因，前面控制失分，后面鼓励得分。

另外，要补充说明的一点是，通常我们模拟考试都是连堂两节课考完，也就是说考试时间被压缩了10分钟，这样到了考场上给足120分钟他们就会感觉时间稍微宽松一些。

今天在这里说明，是想让大家了解我们的良苦用心，希望各位家长不要对孩子强调这方面的因素，以免适得其反。

本学期来，为了增强学生的紧迫感，鼓舞学生的士气，黄校长、刘校长、杨主任、马主任和8位班主任都想了很多办法，做了大量的工作。

到今天，我们还清晰地记得百日誓师大会上孩子们摩拳擦掌的声音。

现在，孩子们已经步入了相对艰难的阶段，每天看到他们把用心算了满满两页的草稿划掉重来时我会感到非常心疼，有几次看到他们快要把头发抓掉的样子实在于心不忍就说“算了，讲了算了。

”结果孩子们齐声说“等等，等我们自己磨，自己磨出来感觉爽些！

”各位家长，也许说这话的就是您的孩子，或者说有这样坚韧的意志的就是您的孩子，我想，一个孩子如果具备了这样优秀的意志品质，就算中考失利了又有什么可担心的呢？

最后这50天将是学生成绩突飞猛进的阶段，学生之间逐渐形成的差异绝大多数并非智力水平上的，而是心态是否平和以及方法是否得当所造成的。

据我们观察，本次调研考试前后，学生中主要存在着以下几个方面的倾向，今天在这里列举出来，以便大家在假期里与孩子交流时能作一些细化的分析，做到心中有数，防微杜渐

1、来自家长的或者来自自身的压力过大，造成平时学习很顺利而在考场上却患得患失不能正常发挥；

2、压缩睡眠时间打疲劳战，造成上课精神不济，疏漏了老师在课堂上总结的要点，这样的疏漏是靠打电筒熬夜无法弥补的；

3、很多孩子不愿意准备一个错题本收录错题，造成同一种错误一犯再犯，错题本并不是要把所有错题都收录进去，如果是由于粗心造成的错误或者由于难度太大而留空的题目就
