本文介绍了使用ANSYS自动接触技术的方法。

现代CAE技术可以对相当大规模的问题进行分析,这种分析可以是复杂的接触问题（在CAD中称为“装配”）。

装配体的分析模拟是公认的最尖端的CAD/CAE技术之一,这项技术使得人们得以精确的预测一个多零部件的结构的性能。

传统的,也是最直接的装配方法是先简单的导入装配体的各个零部件,确定它们的空间相对位置,然后人为地确定各零部件在整个装配体中的接触关系,建立接触单元。

具体每种模拟方法的数学模型在此不逐一介绍,简单介绍一下比较年轻的内部多点约束（MPC）算法。

MPC算法适用于面对面、点对面的接触单元。

使用该方法时,ANSYS会根据接触运动建立MPC方程。

内部MPC方法能够克服传统接触法则和其他多点约束方法的缺点。

若与粘结接触结合使用,MPC方法可简化下列形式的接触装配和运动约束,固-固装配、壳-壳装配、壳-固装配、梁-固装配、刚性面约束以及任意面的载荷分布。

内部MPC方法可以克服传统接触算法和ANSYS中的其他多点约束工具的缺点,例如,接触面节点的自由度被消去;可以减小系统方程求解的波前大小;不需要输入接触刚度;对于小变形问题,它代表真实的线性接触行为;求解系统方程时不需要平衡迭代;对于大变形问题,MPC方程在每个平衡迭代中不断进行更新,克服了传统约束方程只适用于小应变的限制条件。
