4.Door-openingpoweroutage
LockofDZL5electriccontrolcabinetisadoptedforthedoorofelectricbox,whichisinterlockedwithpowerswitchQF1torealizetheprotectionofpoweroutagebeforedooropening.
5.Groundingprotection
Usershallprovidedfavorablegroundingnetworkandmachinetoolandelectricboxshallbeproperlygrounded.
II.Electriccontrolandoperation
1.Preparationsbeforestart-up
Thedoorofelectricboxisfirstlyopenedwiththekeypriortotheinitialstart-upofthemachinetooltocheckwhetheralltheautomaticswitchesareconnectedandwhetherallconnectingterminalsandgroundterminalsarereliablyconnected.Thedoorisclosedafterthecheckingiscompleted.
Properlyclosethedoorofbelthousingandthechuckshield.
2.Start-up
TurnthedoorlockhandleupwardsandpowerswitchQF1ofthemachinetoolisattheconnectionposition,indicatingthemachinetoolisenergized.PowerindicatorsHL1andHL2areonandthemachinetoolcanenternormalwork.Powersupplyphasesequenceshallbecheckedforthefirstelectrificationofmachinetool.Pressthestart-upbuttonSB2（green）onthepushbuttonstationattheheadofthemachinetoolandthemainmotorstartsrunning.Operatethehandleofstart-uprodtothepositionofforwardturning.Ifthespindleturnsforward,itdemonstratesacorrectphasesequence,otherwiseanytwophaselinesneedtobeexchangedinthepowercircuit.
3.Electricallycontrolledoperation
Themainmotorhastwoformsofstart-upandrunning.Ifitisstarteddirectly,pressbuttonSB2（green）andKM1ispoweredandthemainmotorstartsrunning.IfthemainmotoradoptsY-Δstart-up,pressSB2（green）andKM1,KM2andKTareelectrified.WhenthemainmotorusesYstart-up,KMisde-energizedafter3sdelayofKTandKM2isenergizedandthemainmotortransfersto△running.Thereafter,operatingthehandleofstart-uprodcanrealizespindleforwardturning,reverseturningandstop.
RotateSA,thehandlepointstotherightandthewaterpumpisopenedanditisclosedwhenthehandlepointstotheleft.PressbuttonSB3（red）,bothmainmotorandcoolingpumpmotorstopoperation.PressingandconnectingswitchSQ2andholdingslidecarriagebuttonSB4orSB5canmaketherapid-travelmotorturnforwardorreverselyandrealizegaprapidtraveltotheleftortheright.
4.Shutdown
Ifthemachinetoolisnotused,themasterpowerswitchQF1shallbedisconnectedforpersonalandequipmentsafety.
