TheCPU315-2DPisaCPUthatismadeavailablewithanintegratedPROFIBUSDPinterface.

FortheCPU315-2DP,thefollowingPROFIBUSprotocolprofilesareavailableatyourdisposal:

-DP-InterfaceasamasterorslaveinaccordancewithEN50170.PROFIBUS-DP(DistributedI/O)istheprotocolprofilefortheconnectionofdistributedI/O/Fieldequipmentwithfastreactiontime.

TheET200MisadistributedI/Osystemwithasmall,compactconfiguration.ThemodulesareidenticalwiththestandardmodulesoftheSIMATICS7-300.BytheactuatorsoftheCPU,thereisonlyoneinterfacemodule(e.g.IM153-1)thatfunctionsasaslaveonthePROFIBUSDP.

ThePROFIBUSaddressisadjustedbyabinarycodedDIL-switchblock.

AnotherpossibleadjustmentofthePROFIBUSaddressiswiththepowerrecovery.Therefore,theET200Mmustbeturnedoffandthenbackon.

CommissioningtheProfibus(Mastercpu315-2DP/SlaveET200M)

Inthefollowingexample,thecommissioningofamonomastersystemwiththeCPU315-2DPasamasterandanET200Masaslaveisdescribed.

Forthetestingoftheconfiguration,aprogramwillbewritteninwhichadisplaylampH1istriggeredbythesimultaneousactivationoftwobuttonsS0andS1.

8.Nowallmodulescanbechosenoutofthehardwarecatalogandinsertedintotheconfigurationtableandarealsoinsertedintoyourrack.

Toinsert,youmustclickonthenameoftherespectivemodule,holdthemousebuttonandDrag&Dropthemoduleintoalineoftheconfigurationstable.WewillbeginwiththepowersupplyPS3072A(®SIMATIC300®PS-300®PS3072A).

Note:

Ifyourhardwarediffersfromwhatisshownabove,thenyoumustselecttheappropriatemodulesfromthecatalogandinsertthemintotherack.Thepartnumbersoftheindividualmodules,whicharefoundonthecomponents,areindicatedinthefooterofthecatalog.

9.Inthenextstep,wedroptheCPU315-2DPintothesecondcardlocation.ThisallowsforthepartnumberandversionoftheCPUtobereadoff.(®SIMATIC300®CPU-300®CPU315-2DP®6ES7315-2AF03-0AB0®V1.1).
