AbstractThecurrentmoldapplicationiswidespread,alsohadtheverybigdevelopmentwithitrelateddiemakingtechnology.Atpresent,usedthehigh-speedcuttingproductionmoldalreadytobecomethediemakingthegeneraltrend.InsomemoldManufacturer,thehighspeedenginebedbigareasubstitutionelectricaldischargemachine,thehigh-speedcuttingproductionmoldalreadygraduallybecamethediemakingthegeneraltrend.Itcanimprovemold'ssize,theshapeandthesurfaceroughness,reducesevenomitsthemanualsharpening,thusreducesproductioncostandthereductionmanufacturingcycle.Thisarticlethroughtothetraditionalmoldprocessingcraftandthehighspeedmoldprocessingcraft'scontrast,elaboratedthehigh-speedcuttingprocessingsuperiority.Inthearticlealsobrieflyintroducedthehigh-speedcuttingprocessingintheprocessingcraftaspectkeytechnologies.

Alongwiththeadvanceintechnologyandtheindustryswiftdevelopment,themoldalreadybecameintheindustrialproductiontousetheextremelywidespreadmaincrafttoequipnow.Themoldtakestheimportantcraftequipment,inIndustrysectorsandsoonconsumable,electricapplianceelectron,automobile,airplanemanufactureholdsthepivotalstatus.Themanufacturedproductscomponentsroughmachining75%,theprecisionwork50%andtheplasticparts90%willcompletebythemold.AtpresenttheChinesemoldmarketdemandhasreached50,000,000,000Yuanscales,ourcountrydiemakingmarketpotentialishuge.Themoldisonekindofspecial-purposetool,usesinforming()eachmetalorthenonmetallicmaterialneedsthecomponentstheshapeproduct,thiskindofspecial-purposetoolgeneraldesignationmold.Themoldisintheindustrialproductionthemostfoundationequipment,isrealizesthefewcuttingsandthenon-cuttingessentialtool.Themoldhaswidelyusedintheindustrialproductioneachdomain,liketheautomobile,themotorcycle,thedomesticelectricappliances,theinstrument,themeasuringappliance,theelectronandsoon,inthem60%~80%componentsneedthemoldtocarryonthemanufacture;Thehighlyeffectiveproductioninenormousquantities's,bolt,nutandgasketstandardlettersandsoonplasticalsoneedthemoldtoproduce;Theengineeringplastics,thepowdermetallurgy,therubber,thealloycompressioncasting,theglassformationandsoonneedtousethemoldtotakeshape.
1.2High-speedcuttingprocesstechnology
Asthenamesuggests,thehigh-speedcutting,firstisthehighspeed,namelymusthavethehighspindlespeed,forinstance12000r/min,18000r/min,30000r/min,40000r/min,evenalsohadahigherrotationalspeedstillintheexperiment;Ontheotherhand,shouldalsohavethebiggertofeedquantity,like30000mm/min,40000mm/min,even60000mm/min;Hasisafteragaintherapidtraverse,tradesfasttheknife,themainaxletradetheknife,fromthestaticstatearrivesitsneedsrotationalspeedrisetimeandsoon,onlythenachievedtheabovestandardstobeabletocallithighspeed.
Nextismustaimatthedifferentprocessingobject,thedifferentdegreeofhardness,thedifferentmaterialquality,thedifferentshapetochoosethecorrespondingreasonableparameter,butcannotpursueconstantlytobehighspeedandbehighspeed,regardingthediespaceprocessing,theshapeisspeciallycomplex,butthecuttingtooldiameterisalsosmalltime,becausecuttingtool'spathisnotthesimpletranslation,butisthecurve,evenhasrightanglecornertime,technologicalparameterrationalespeciallyimportant,ifbecausewantstomaintaintheidenticalfeedratecarriesontheorthogonalcutting,willnotbeabletodowellwillcauseasaresultoftheenginebedmovingpart'shugeinertiathecuttingtoolwillmakewhenthebendanglemovementtobreaksuddenly,butthevariablemotioncan,becauseMovementsandsoonaccelerationanddecelerationcreatethethicknessofcuttingtheinstantaneouschange,butcausesthecutterchangetoenabletheworkpiecesurfacetohavecuts,fromthiscausestheprocessingdropinquality,therefore,inviewofthedifferentprocessingobject,needstheprogrammerstochoosethereasonablecuttingtoolpath,optimizedcuttingparameter;Ontheotherhand,accordingtoneedstochoosethesuitablecuttingvelocity,onlythencandisplaythehigh-speedcuttingtrulylikethestrongpoint.
Thehigh-speedcutting(HSC)isanadvancedtechniqueofmanufacturewhichforthepasttenyearsrapidlyrises.Becausethehigh-speedcuttingtechnologyhasthecuttingefficiencytobehigh,theprocessingqualityhigh,canprocessthehardsteelstockandthegoodefficiencydirectly,causesprofessionandsoonaviation,mold,automobile,lightindustryandinformationproductionefficienciesandthemanufacturequalityobviouslyenhances,andcausestheprocessingcraftandtheequipmentcorrespondingrenewal.Thereforeissimilartothenumericalcontroltechnologyisthesame,thehigh-speedcuttingandthehighspeedprocessinghavebecomeinthe21stcenturyamachine-buildingindustryinfluenceprofoundtechnologicalrevolution.Atpresent,adaptstheHSCrequesthighspeedmachiningcenterandotherhighspeednumerically-controlledmachinetoolhasassumedthepopularizationtendencyinthedevelopedcountry,ourcountryrecentlyisalsospeedingupthedevelopment.
Thehigh-speedcuttingprocessingisfacesforthe21stcenturyahightechnologyandnewtechnology,itisonekindisdifferentwiththetraditionalprocessingprocessingway.Compareswithit,thehigh-speedcuttingprocessingmainaxlerotationalspeedhigh,cutshighforthespeed,thecuttingquantityissmall,butintheunittimematerialexcisesthequantitytoincrease3~6timesactually.Ittakethehighefficiency,thehighaccuracyandthehighsurfacequalityasthebasiccharacteristic,inprofessionandsooninautomobileindustry,aerospace,moldmanufactureandinstrumentmeasuringappliancehasobtainedtheincreasinglywidespreadapplication,andhasobtainedthesignificanttechnologyeconomicefficiency,isthecontemporaryadvancedmanufacturetechnologyimportantconstituent.
Whenwithtraditionalwayprocessingmold,oftenusestheelectricsparkmachining,buttheelectrodedesignandmakesitselfisthetechnologicalprocesswhichtime-consumingtakesthetrouble.Butafterusesthehigh-speedcuttingprocessing,becausethenarrowandsmallregionprocessingrealizationandthehighgradesuperficialresult,lettheelectrodetheutilizationratioreducegreatly.Moreover,makestheelectrodewiththehighspeedmillalsotobepossibletomaketheproductionefficiencytoenhancetoanewscale.
Themajorpartmoldmayusethehigh-speedcuttingtechnologytoprocess,liketheforgingdie,thecompressioncastingmold,castwiththeblowmoldingmoldandsoon.Hammersthecavitybodyshallowly,thecuttingtoollifeislong;Compressioncastingmoldsizemoderate,theproductivityishigh;Castswiththeblowmoldingmoldgeneralsizesmall,quiteiseconomical.

2.1Enhancestheproductivity
Inthehigh-speedcuttingthemainaxlerotationalspeedandentersforthespeedenhancement,mayenhancematerialremovingrate.Atthesametime,thehigh-speedcuttingmayprocessthehardcomponents,amanyCmmponentsattipeclampsmaycompletethick,halfessenceandtheprecisionworkandsoonthecompleteworkingprocedure,alsomaymeetthecomponentssurfacequalityrequirementsdirectlytothecomplexprofileprocessing,therefore,thehigh-speedcuttingcraftoftenmaysavetheelectricsparkMachining,manuallyrubrepairsandsoontheworkingprocedure,reducesthecraftroute,thenenhancestheprocessingproductivitygreatly.
Thehigh-speedcuttingprocessingpermissionusebigtofeedrate,enhances5~10timescomparedtotheconventionmachining,theunitinterval/unittimematerialexcisionratemayenhance3~6times,theprocessperiodmayreducegreatly.Thismayuseinprocessingneedstoexcisethemetalmassivelythecomponents,speciallyhastheveryvitalsignificanceregardingtheaviationindustry.
2.2Improvementprocessingprecishonandsurfacequalhty
Thehighrpeedenginebedmusthavehighperformanceandsoonrigidityandhighaccuracy,atthesametimebecausecuttingforcelow,theworkpiecethermaldeformationreduces,thecuttingtooldistortsslightly,thehigh-speedcuttingprocessingprecisionIsveryhigh.Depthofcutsmall,butentersforthespeedquickly,theprocessingsurfaceroughnessisverysmall,cutswhenthealuminumalloymayreachRa0.4~0.6,whencuttingsteelstockmayreachRa0.2~0.4.
