1引言Instruction

可行性研究报告是对健身房管理系统的全盘考虑,是小组成员成功开发项目的前提与基础。

通过可行性研究可以使小组成员尽早的估计课题的可行性,在定义阶段较早的认识到系统方案的缺陷,能够节省人力、物力和财力，对软件开发中将要面临的问题及其解决方案进行初步设计及合理安排。

Thefeasibilityreportistheoverallconsiderationofgymmanagementsystem;itisthepremiseandfoundationforthesuccessfuldevelopmentoftheteammembers.Throughthefeasibilityreport,theteammemberscanestimatethefeasibilityoftheprojectassoonaspossible,knowthedefectsofthesystemintheearlystageofthedefinition,alsocansave,materialandfinancialresources,preliminarydesignandreasonablearrangementforthefacingproblemsandthesolutionsinthedevelopmentofsoftware.

1.1编写目的WritingPurpose

通过我们进行的市场调查以及网上调查，发现随着社会的进步，生活水平的提高，人们的健身意识越来越强，健身房作为专业的健身服务行业，越来越受到人们的欢迎。

有需求就会有市场，在人们这种需求下，健身房已经成为锻炼健身不可或缺的场所。

目前，好多健身企业都在扩展连锁经营，而连锁经营的特点就是经营分散，管理统一，信息共享。

而目前的健身房管理模式在这种经营体系中显现出很多局限性，比如人工操作随意性大、信息流通环节多、响应速度慢等等，造成人力物力的浪费。

在信息化的现代社会，就迫切需要一个更为完整的健身房管理系统，方便操作，方便信息的交流。

针对目前健身房情况，为他们提供一款全自动电脑管理软件，以提高员工工作效率，更好的对客户进行管理，降低管理成本，旋木组健身房管理系统，根据其日常工作流程设计，利用先进的技术和现代化的管理思想，满足健身房经营过程中的各种管理需求。

该项目是我们旋木小组第二次会议讨论确定的开发项目主题，由小组成员共同开发完成。

在进行可行性研究后，将进一步确定小组成员的程序模块。

该系统的管理者是健身房管理者，适用于健身房管理。

本系统可以在WindowsXPWin7以及更高版本系统上稳定运行，且有很强的兼容性。

本项目采用浏览器服务器（BS）模式，浏览器的程序是建立在WindowsXP系统上以Myeclipse为开发软件的应用程序，数据库采用MySQL。

随着电子计算机软件技术的发展，人类已经逐渐进入信息化网络化的社会。

同时人们对信息和数据的利用也已经进入自动化、网络化的阶段，因此，开发相关管理信息系统已经成为各行各业的必要前提。

2.2目标Target

健身房信息管理系统的功能模型中包括了健身房管理、综合查询、会员信息管理、系统管理、健身房器材损坏度查询等。

开发此健身房信息管理系统软件，一方面方便健身房管理者对会员与非会员以及器材损坏度的管理，另一方面方便会员随时知道会费消费情况，充值、查询、修改个人信息，使管理员从繁琐的重复性登记中解脱出来，提高工作效率，方便会员能随时查询个人信息，使双方都获得满意的结果，促进管理的规范化，改善服务质量。

该软件的设计目标是提供更方便的管理，达到人力与设备的节省，提高数据处理速度，实现网络化，满足会员对个人信息以及健身房器材信息的及时了解。
