1.0范围scope

本方案工作范围为仪表楼、配电室、废品库屋顶防水方案。

InstallationschemeofwaterproofroofsystemforRIB、Distributionsubstationandhazardouswastestoragebuilding。

2.0目的Purpose

本方案目的为确保工作根据Sabic标准进行，满足合同、规范要求。

3.0职责responsibility

6.1Constructiondrawing施工图纸

Everyitemshallbeaccordingtotheconstructiondrawings，standardsofSabicandmanufacture’swritteninstructionandappliedrecommendationsandTechnicalDataSheets（TDS）

每项工作展开应根据施工图纸、Sabic标准及厂家产品说明、运用推荐和材料技术表。

6.2SubstrateSurfacePreparation屋面处理

Properpreparationtothesubstratesurfaceisessentialforoptimumlongtermwaterproofing.

为保持长期防水性能，屋面应进行适当处理。

6.2.1Substrateshallbecleanedofdust，debris，moistureandothersubstancesdetrimentaltoroofinginstallation，sharpprojectionsshallberemoved。

对基层上的灰尘、碎片、水和尖锐部位等影响屋面铺贴的因素进行清理。

6.2.2Cantsstrip50mmx50mmcementmortarshallbeinstalledattheinstersectionofhorizontalandverticalsubstratesandsmoothsurfacewithmasontrowel50mmx50mm。

屋面阴阳角抹50mmx50mm水泥砂浆倒角。

6.2.3Allsurfacestobewaterproofedmustbestructurallysound,clean，dryandfreeofallsurfacecontaminationincludingformreleaseagents,curingcompounds，concretefinishingaidsandallotherformsofsurfacecontamination.

所有表面应坚固、清洁、干燥，无污染。

6.2.4Anysurfacesharpobjectsoredgesaretobeeitherremovedorsmoothcoveredoverwithasuitablemortar,andfinishedtothesatisfactionoftheSupervisingEngineer.

移除锐角或用砂浆抹平。

6.2.5Allsubstratesurfacestoreceivethenewmembrane,shallbesmoothandfreefromirregularities.Thesubstratesurfaceisconsideredacceptableifnodeflectiongreaterthan10mmisfoundundera2mrule,inanydirection，andnodeflectiongreaterthan3mmunderaruleof0.20mlength.

所有表面应光滑，无不规则形状，任何方向2m内高低差小于10mm。

7.0施工工艺installationtechnologyprocess

基层清理—铺贴附加层—铺贴卷材—热熔封边—闭水试验—铺保温板—隔离层—铺水泥砖

7.1SubstratePreparation基层准备

Beforeinstallationofmodifiedbituminousmembraneroofing，substrateshallbeinspectedandapprovedbyQC。

卷材铺贴前，基层应被QC检查认可。

7.2Additionallayerfelt铺附加层

Accordingtostandardsandspecificationpriortoinstallingtheadditionalmodifiedbituminousmembranelayerforcantstripsofparapetwall、roofingdrain、equipmentbasementetc。

根据标准和规范，首先为各阴阳角铺贴附加层。
