IPurposeandperformance

1-1Purposeandperformance

Thetravelingtrashrack&rakemachineisthetrashremoverforwatersupplyand

drainagesystemofirrigationworksandwaterandelectricityproject,powerplant,

metallurgy,chemicalandmunicipalprojects.Itremovesweed,leaf,trashand

animalskeletonontherake;itreplacesmanualtrashremoval,reduceslabor

strengthandmeetsworkingrequirementsofthefollowingpurifyingwaterquality

andwaterpump.

Thetrashrack&rakemachineisusedforclearingtrashonthemulti-holegrid.

Waterleveldifferencemeasurementdeviceissetforeachholetoreflecttrash

additiononthegrid.Soundandlightsignalsareusedtonotifythestaffon-dutyin

thepumpcabinetandmakethemachinetotheholeforsendingsignalandremove

thetrashonthegrid.Themachineisfeaturedinmulti-hole,flexible,lessfloor,light

weightandinvestmentandetc.

Operatingcabinetissetforthemachinetomaketheoperatorworkinasafe,

comfortableandwideenvironment.Theoperatorcompletestraveling,trash

removalandetc.bysimpleandeffectiveelectriccontroldevice.

1-2Usagecondition

Forthemachinecanremovelargetrashinwater,therefore,gridforthemachine

shallbesetattheupperreachesofthefiltrationnetforseriesconnectionuse.If

thereislargetrashinflow(maximumdimensionover400mm),agridwithlarger

screenshallbesetattheupperreachesofthegridtoensurenormaloperation.

1Driveunit

Thetravelingunitisthetravelingstructureofthetravelingtrashrack&rakemachine.Rail

isplacedontheground,anditisconnectedtothepressingplate,boltandthefoundation

embeddedparts.

Thetravelingunitincludestravelingmotor,cycloidneedlewheelreducer,shorttravelbush

brake,transmissionshaft,travelingdrivewheel,travelingdrivenwheel,bearingandangle

bearingseat,railclampandetc.Therailclampismadeupofmotor,wormwheeland

wormreducer,screw,railclampingdeviceandetc.

2.Windingunit

Thewindingunitistheexecutingunitforcompletingtrashremovalforthetravelingtrashrack&rakemachine.Themaincomponentsarefixedontheplatformframeofthetravelingunit.Thewindingunitincludesmotor,cycloidneedlewheelreducer,shorttravelbushbrake,thesecondaryreducerisopeninggeartransmission,steelwireropecylinder,cylindershaft,steelwireropeandguidepulley.

3.Operatingunit

Maincontrolcomponentsoftheoperatingunitaremainlydistributedinthedistributionboxandthedrivingcabinet.Theoperatingunitisdividedintoautomaticandmanualcontrol.Theautomaticcontrolreferstooperationofthewindingunit,namely,upanddownoftherakeandthetrashremovalprocessareregulatedbythesetprogramtoensureaccuracyandsafety;tofacilitatemaintenanceandadjustment,theautomaticcontrolcanbelockedandmanualcontrolisavailable.Manualcontrolisusedforboththetravelingunitandtherailclamp.whenthetravelingunitisworking,thewindingunitisoutofpower;whenthewindingunitisworking,thetravelingunitisoutofpowertoavoidmis-operation.

Upanddownoftherakeandthetrashremovalprocessisthecomprehensivereflectofthetrashremovalcapability.Controlcomponentoftheoperatingunitandtherakecoordinatecloselytomeetaccuraterakeoperationandsafeoperationofthetravellingtrashrack&rakemachine.Buttonsanddisplayinstrumentoftheoperatingunitaresetontheoperationbenchoftheoperationcabinet.Seethefiguresbelow.

4.Rake

Therakeismadeupofbody,travelingwheel,rakebottom,crankshaftconnectingrodand

etc.Upanddownoftherakeandtrashremovalisthewholeprocessofthetravelingtrash

Therackisthedeviceforstoppingthetrash.Spaceofthegridisdeterminedaccordingto

Therearethreeconditionsfortherake:

trashclearinginupcondition,removingtrashintherakeandtrashremovedindowncondition.Therakemovesdownwardsfromthetrashunloadingpoint,therakebottomisopeninguntilthelowerstoppoint,therakebottomisclosedandtoothontherakebottomisinsertedintotherackgrid,thentherakeliftsupanditenterstrashclearingcondition,therakeliftsupalongtherail,theracktoothperformstrashclearingandremovesthetrashintotherakeuntiltheupperendpoint.Thenitispushedtotheupperpointofthetrashcollectionhopper,opentherakebottomtounloadthetrashtocompleteonecycle.

(2)Coordinationofrakeactionandelectriccomponents:

Upanddownandtrashunloadoftherakeiscontrolledbycylinderandsteelwireropeofthewindingunit.Positiveandnegativerotationofthecylinderiscontrolledbythelimitswitchandelectriccomponentofthetravelcontroldevice.

Whentherakemovesdownwardsfromthetrashunloadingposition,thecylinderinthewindingunitrotatespositively,whentherakemovestothelowerendpoint,thelimitswitchofthetravelcontroldeviceacts,andcutsoffpowersupplyofthemotorofthewindingunit,andonedelayrelayisconnected.Afterseveralsecondsdelay,itre-connectspowersupplyofthemotortomakethemotorrotatenegatively.Steelwireropecylinderforcontrollingrakebottomrotatesfirstly,tightensthesteelwireropeandclosestherakebottomtomaketheraketoothenterthegrid.Throughtorquetransmittedbetweenblocksofthesteelwireropecylindertomakesynchronizedrotationofthesteelwireropecylindersforcontrollingrakeupanddownandrakebottomopeningandclosing,therakeenterstrashclearingandliftsupalongthegrid;whenitmovestotheupperendpoint,thelimitswitchinthetravelcontroldeviceactsandcutsoffpowersupplyofmotorofthewindingunit;meanwhile,getthroughthedelayrelayA,afterseveralsecondsdelay,itre-connects
