  billionairewhogotanythinghewanted.However,inthelasttwentyyearsofhislife,hishealthbegantodeteriorateandhewasmiserable.Hehadthebestdoctorsandnurses.However,hecouldstillfindnorelief.Irealizedthathealthisworthallthemoneyintheworld.Ifyouhavemillionsofdollarsbutyourhealthispoor,youwillnotbeabletodowhatyouwanttodo.SoIwouldliketosaydon’thurtyourselftryingtomakemoneyinsteadoftakingcareofyourbodyandbehappywithwhatyoudohave.Healthismoreimportant.

  SoIthinkheathisveryimportant.Peoplecandonothingiftheyarealwaysinpoorhealth,letalonehappiness.Nomatterwearerichornot,wecannotignoretheimportanceofhealth.

  Today,manypeoplecan'tbeingoodhealth,So,howtokeephealthyisveryimportant.I'llsaysomethingaboutfoodandhealth.Moreandmorepeoplearerealizingtheimportanceofgoodhealth.ButhowtokeepfitInmyopinion,a

  健康饮食,让我们更健康

  老师们,同学们:

  早上好!

  今天国旗下讲话的题目是“健康饮食,让我们更健康”。

  中国政府为了使学生营养宣传工作更加广泛、深入、持久地开展下去,促进学生营养宣传工作的制度化,所以,决定将每年的5月20日定为“中国学生营养日”。

  我们都知道小学时期是生长发育的关键阶段,可是很多同学都有挑食、偏食、贪食的坏习惯。

很多同学不懂得珍惜自己的健康,不懂得为自己的健康负责。

从今天起,我希望各位同学能够开始注意自己的这些不良习惯。

  1、首先,我们要养成不挑食,不偏食的习惯。

在日常生活中要吃各种粮食,水果,蔬菜,鱼肉,蛋,奶等。

你一旦有偏食,挑食的习惯了,就容易引起营养失调,抗病能力低下,身体发育不良,影响我们的健康。

比如吃太多糖容易引起胃病,皮肤病;肉吃过多容易导致动脉粥样硬化,冠心病;吃太咸容易使血压升高等等。

  据调查现在很多同学在进餐时,只挑选自己喜欢的吃。

有的同学把肉吃完,就结束了用餐;有的同学只吃蔬菜。

这些都是不正确的,是挑食偏食的不好的习惯,都容易引起各类疾病!

从今天起,我希望大家能够慢慢改善这个问题!

  2、其次在吃饭时要细嚼慢咽。

吃饭时千万不要太快,尤其是年龄小的孩子,更应该把食物嚼得细一些,因为多嚼有利于提高食物的消化率和保护肠胃。

  3、营养饮食还有一个重点是不吃不洁食品。

  在每天放学的时候,很多同学都会到学校外面的露天小摊贩那儿买吃的。

我们要知道,很多食品成分都十分复杂,经过日晒,光化,发热分解,会引起内部变化而变质。

特别是到了夏天,食用露天销售的食品,同学们就更容易吃到一些变质腐坏的食品了。

  确实,同学们都处于发育阶段,容易饥饿。

那么这时,我们可以选择从自己家里带一些面包或者饼干来食用。

  最后,我告诉大家一个科学的进餐顺序:

汤——蔬菜——饭——肉——半小时后吃点水果。

  希望同学们听了我这次的讲话后都能养成科学的饮食习惯,健康的成长。
