第一致以我深深地歉意，怀着及其复杂而惭愧的心情我艰巨写下这份辞职信，很遗憾自己在那个时候突然向公司提出辞职，纯粹是出于个人的缘故，不能再和公司的一路进展!

提出辞职我想了有段时刻了，企业的环境关于员工很照顾很爱惜，鉴于我的个性，要在企业自我提升及成长为独挡一面的能手，处于爱惜的环境下可能很难。
我自己也意识到了自己个性偏向，其实，这不管是关于企业培育人材或是我自身完善都是冲破的难点。
尽管我的观念是：
人需要不断的进展、进步、完善。
我也一直在尽力改变，变得适应环境，以便更好的发挥自己的作用。
可是我感觉自己一直没什么冲破，考虑了好久，确信了需要变换环境来磨砺。
望领导批准我的申请，并恳请协助办理相关离职手续，在正式离开之前我将一如既往地认真做好目前的每一项工作。
很高兴我的第一份工作我会永久记得，我很抱歉在部门人员紧缺的时候提出离职，诚然，由于个人缘故不能不申请离职，盼原谅。
请公司于20xx年x月x日前安排好适合人员接手我的工作并批准我于当日离职为谢。
其实我已经很幸福，很幸运能在广缆工作了近二十年多的时刻，在这近二十年中咱们一路工作，一路成长，一路为广缆的进展添砖加瓦。
