Theenergy-savingdesignofresidentialindoorheatingsystem

Energyconservationisalong-termstrategicpolicyofchina.TheChinesegovernmentattachesgreatimportancetoenergysavingwork,especiallyafterthereformandopeningupenergy-savingworkappearedthrivingsituation.Energysavingfortheheatingindustrypotentialisquitelarge.Theheatingindustryislargeenergyconsumption,energyconsumptionexpenditureoccupymostofitscost.Becausethepreviousresidentialheatingheatfeeaccordingtothearea,thereismuchirrationality,andisnotconvenientfortheusersoflocalregulation,causinggreatwasteheatheating.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheimprovementofpeople'slivingandheatingbusiness,toachievetheheatingsystemwithheatmeteringandindependentcontrolismoreandmorehigh.

Inrecentyears,suchproblemsinheatingsystemdesignhasbeenpaidmoreandmoreattention.Soitisnecessarytomeettheneedofheatmeteringchargesbyusingmoresuitableformsofheatingsysteminnewresidential.Insuchproblems,especiallyshouldpayspecialattentiontotheenergyutilizationprocessbefore,namelythedesignoftheheatingsystemintheplanning,shouldconsidertheprospectsofenergysavingandeconomicbenefitofthesystem.TheMinistryofconstruction"construction"95"planandthe2010plan"clearlypointedoutthat"thecivilconstructionandinstallationofcentralheatingheatmeterandrelatedregulatingequipmentandmeteringwork,1998throughpilotsuccess,begantopromotetheimplementationofsmallareain20002010inthenewkeycity,comprehensivepromotion".Therefore,inthedesignofindoorheatingsystem,thedesignershouldconsidertheneedsofusersofhouseholdheatandroomtemperaturecontrol.Accordingtopreliminaryestimates,takehouseholdmeteringheating,heatingandenergysavingcanbeachievedmorethan20%.Inthispaper,severalkindsofhouseholdmeteringheatingsystemforananalysis.

2,thebasicformoftheoldheatingsystemanditsadvantagesanddisadvantages

Foralongtime,basicallyadoptsthesingleverticalsystemdesigndesignofcityresidentialindoorheatingsysteminchina.(Figure1)thisdesignhasmanyadvantages:

1simpleandconvenientconstructionsystem;2;3lowcost,butalsohassomedefects,isnotconvenientfortheusersoflocalregulation,thuscausingawasteofenergy.Withthechangeofenergystructureandenergysavingandpropertymanagementrequirements,thisproblemismoreandmoreobvious,theheatingsystemhadtobereplaced.

Withthedevelopmentofoursocialistmarketeconomy,"hot"istheviewofcommoditieshasgraduallybeenrecognizedandacceptedbypeople.Thetraditionalmethodofbackwardconstructionareabyclearingfees,isneitherscientificnorreasonable.Hasbeenunabletomeettherequirementsofsocialistmarketeconomicsystemmustbereformed,meteringandcharging.Heatingchargesbytheplannedeconomyperiodofthewelfaresystemtosocialistmarketeconomicsystem,namelytheusertoheattheheatingenterprisespayheatingfee.Theuserofenergy-savingheatingsystemmoreandmoreattention.Singlepipeverticalheatingsystemdefectsmoreandmoreobvious,thedisadvantagesinthefollowingaspects:

2.1systemdoesnothavetheabilityofindividualadjustment

Themaindisadvantageofsinglepipeverticalheatingsystemisnotconducivetolocalregulation,toimproveandmeetthethermalcomfortrequirementsofheatusers.Andbecausethesystemisthefirsthotwaterforresidentialbuildingstothetop,thenturndowntotheuser,whichintheorycausedbytheheattransfercoefficientofKradiatorheatusersondifferentfloorsofthevaluesarenotequal.Theresultingtopbottomoverheatingtoocold,unevenphenomenon.Thetopuseroverheatingonlythroughtheopendoorsandwindowswaytolettheheattoreducetheindoortemperature,whichresultedinawasteofenergy.Ifbyadjustingthehotwaterflowtoreducetheroomtemperature,itwillcausethefollowinglayersofsupercoolingphenomenon.Secondly,thesystemisunabletoeachroomseparatelyadjusted,resultinginawasteofenergy.

Awasteofenergy2.2systemmaintenance

Thesinglepipeverticalheatingsystemisanintegralpartofthehotwatercirculationsystem.IfthesystemhasafacilityWaterLeakageorblocked,thewholesystemwillbeaffected.Maycausethewholebuildingstopforserious;andwillcausealotofhotwaterinthemaintenanceofthewaste,

Inthecoldareasmayappearseriousproblemssuchaswatersupplypipeburst,causingunnecessaryaccidents,affectingthenormallifeoftheresidents.

Foruserswithdifficultheatingfeearrears,ifyouwanttostopindividualuserheating,mayaffecttheentireresidentialbuildingforstop.Oftenthisdown,heatingenterprisestomakeendsmeet,yearsoflosses.

2.4idleresidentialenergywaste

Astheindoorheatingsystemisatubeseries,soeachlayer,eachhousemustuseheat,otherwisethesystemwillnotworkcorrectly.Ifsomeusersdonotwanttouseheatorsomeresidentiallongidle,thiswillinevitablyleadtoawasteofenergy.Atpresentinsomenonheatingandheatinginresidentialdevelopmentareas,thisphenomenonisveryprominent.

Atpresent,inourcountry,thestudyofhouseholdmeteringsystemhasjuststarted,mostoftheminthetrialstage.Theindoorheatingsystemfortheoriginalsingleandverticalsystem,lackofindependentadjustmentability,heatusersiscommoditywithoutadeepunderstandingofheat,lackofawarenessofenergysaving,onlytheenergyconsumptionofresidentialheatingunitsinChinaareaisabout2timeshigherinadvancedcountries,anddoesnotfacilitatetheheatingsectormanagement.Accordingtothehouseholdmeteringheatingsystemheatingisthedirectionofdevelopment,istheonlywaytosolvedifficultchargeandsaveenergy.Withtheimprovementoflivingstandardspeoplearenolongersatisfiedwiththefullandwarm,buttheconstantpursuitofhighquality,highqualityoflife.InJiangsuHuaianCity,newhousingeachyearnearlyonemillionsquaremeters,thenewresidentialmostlyintheapplicationofindoorheating,andtheHuaianmunicipalgovernmentiscurrentlyonlyWestcourtyardheatingsystem.Becausethecityresidentialindoorheatinghasjuststarted,soitshouldbeattheforefrontofheatingintheformofpromotion,promotionprospectstheimplementationofsinglehouseholdheatingintheformofcontrolisveryconsiderable.

Thecharacteristicsofhouseholdmeteringheatingsystemiscontrolledindividuallyforeachuserthatisindependentofeachhouseholdheating,usingawatersupplyandreturnsystem,atablesystem,theusercanseparateregulation,shutdown,metering,doesnotaffectotherusers.Toachievethefundamentalmethodofhouseholdmeteringpurposeistocontroltheuserindependentsystem,thespecificapproachistosetthetableandtheheatradiatorinstalledonthevalveinthehouseholdwatersupplyattheentrance.Byadjustingtheradiatorheatingroomtemperaturetosatisfythehumanthermalcomfortrequirements.Implementationmethodofradiatoradjustment,mainlybycontrollingtheheatdissipation,tomeetthetemperaturerequirements.Thecurrentregulationisachievedmainlydependsonindividualradiatorradiatorhotwaterflowintotheflowchange,butmustnotaffectthewholesupplyregulationmethodinradiatorregulation,ismainlycontrolledbytheheatdissipation,tomeetthetemperaturerequirements.Thecurrentregulationisachievedmainlydependsontheindividualradiatormethodchangesintotheflowradiatorwaterflow,butmustnotaffectthehydraulicstabilityofheatingsystemintheradiatorheatingsystemregulation,sotoimprovetheregulationandcontrolmeasuresandahighlevelofoperationandmanagement.Otherwise,itisdifficulttoachievethetruesenseofthehouseholdmetering.

4,suitableforhouseholdmeteringheatingsystem

4.1singlecontrolheatingsystem

4.1.1horizontalonepipesystem

Horizontalonepipesystemisarelativelycommonheatingsystem.Itisatotalofsupplyandreturnwatersystemisprovidedineachapartment(calledsystem),eachuserisasmallindependentsystem.Thetotalsupplyandreturnwaterriserpipeinthekitchenbythestairs,eachlayerofsupplyandreturnwaterincontactwiththelargesystem(eachlayeronlyhouseholds),andadjustthevalveisshutoffandheatmeteringsysteminthesmallentrancepipeline,sothatthehouseholdheatmeteringandcharging.Theadvantagesofthissystemare:

Thisdesignschemeshouldbeaddedandtheradiatorgroupnumbercorrespondingtothenumberthreevalve,controlthemaximumflowintotheradiatorforcirculatingflow30%.Theadvantagesofthismethodare:
