YLYLKK系列中型立式三相异步电动机样本
YL、YLKK系列中型高压三相异步电动机（机座号355-630）的功率等级、电气性能和安装尺寸及公差均符合国家标准GB755<旋转电机定额和性能>、国际电工委员会标准IEC34-1<旋转电机定额和性能>和机械行业标准JB/T7593、JB/T10315.1、JB/T10315.2等.
本系列电动机的外壳防护等级根据GB4942.1和IEC34-5<旋转电机外壳防护等级>的标准分别有IP23、IP44和IP54四种.
电动机采用国际上流行的箱式结构,机座和端盖均由钢板焊接而成,刚度好、重量轻.
定子采用外压装结构.定子绕组采用F级绝缘材料和防晕材料,绕组端部固定采用特别绑扎工艺、牢固可靠,整个定子采用真空压力浸漆F级无溶剂漆（VPI）处理.由此,电动机具有优良可靠的绝缘性能和防潮、抗冲击水平.
本系列电动机鼠笼转子有铸铝和铜条两种.铸铝转子由纯铝浇铸而成,无转子断条现象,使用可靠；电动机转子采用铜笼转子时转子导条与端环采用中频焊接,且转子铜条经槽内紧固工艺处理,因而具有较高的可靠性.

ThegradeofprotectionforoutercoverinaccordancewithGB4942andIEC34-5〈Rotatingelectricmotoroutercoverprotectivegrad⑨standard,therearefourgradesieIP23IP44andIP54.
Theconstructionoftheseseriesisaworldwidecurrenttankshape.themotorsgrameismadeofsteelplateandweldedintoaform,thustherigidiyisgoodandwithalightweight.
Thestatorwithouter-press-assemblystructureisadopted.statorismadeofF-gradeinsulationandelectric-crownproofmaterial,aspecialbandingtechnologyisusedforwindingendpartfastening.thewholestatoristreatedbyVPIwithFgradesolutiontechnology.bythismeansmotorwillpossessgoodandreliableinsulationpropertyandmoistureproof,anti-inpactcapability.
Therotormaybedivioledintotwomodesi.e.castingaluminiumandcopperbarmode.Castmgaluminiumrotoriscastedwithpureaiuminiumwhicharereliableinoperationandthereisnotsuchphenomenonofrotorconductordtobebrokenup.Themotor'srotorcopperconductorsandendringsadoptmidfrequencyweldingwhenitsrotoradoptcopper-cagerotor,therotorcopperconductorsarefeaturedbyhighreliabilityviadealingwithtighteningcrafrintrough.
