Allcoalminemineshaftallisequippedwiththecoalbin,thecoalminemineshaftcoalbinnameslidesthecoalshaftor“thecounter-well”.Thecoalbinrolemainlyisthestorage,thereprint,thecushioncoalamount,isthecoalminemineshaftstorageandtransportcoalimportantlink,torealizesthecoaloutputhighproductiontoplaythepositiverole.Asmallminepitmineshaftcoalbinquantityisequippedwith3~8,alarge-scaleminepitmineshaftcoalbinquantityachieved10~20,giantminepitmineshaftcoalbinquantityaremore,thereforeinthenationalcoalmineminepit,mineshaftcoalbinquantitymanymayreach1,000,000.Thesemineshaftcoalbininthestorage,thereprint,thecushioncoalamountprocesssimultaneouslyisagglomeratingthemassivegas,initsmineshaftcoalbingasdensityaccordingtothecoalamount,theanthraxdifferentmayachieve3~20﹪,thegasdensitysurpasses"CoalminesafetyRegulations"tostipulategreatly.Thesuchhighgasdensitymeetsfrictionspark,staticelectricityspark,straycurrents,collisionsparkandsoonkindlingmaterials,extremelyeasytocausethegasexplosion.Coalminemineshaftcoalbinexistenceserioussecurityhiddendanger,alsoisthesignificantdangeroussource,isseriouslythreateningjobholders'safetyandthecoalminemineshaftsafetyinproduction.
Sincelongagothecoalminemineshaftcoalbingasagglomerationquestioncontinuouslyhasnotobtainedtheverygoodsolutionsignificanthiddendangerandthesignificantdangeroussource,becomesthelong-termpuzzlecoalminesafetyproductionabigdifficultproblem.
Inordertosolvethiskindofproblem,thetraditionalsolutionisinstallstheaxisinthemineshaftcoalbinplaceabovetunneltoflowthetypeventilatortodiluteinthecoalbintheupsidegas,theaxisflowsthetypeventilatoralsoonlytobeabletodiluteonthecoalbinthe3~5mplacegas,cannotdiluteregardingthe20~30mhighmineshaftcoalbinmajorityofgas,isalsounablesolve.Moreovertheaxisflowsthemassivegaswhichthetypeventilatordischargesinsomepeopletoworktransportsinthecoallane,becausetransportsinthecoallanetohavetheelectromechanicaldeviceandthestaff,hasslightlycancreatethegasexplosionaccidentorthepersonnelcarelesslysuffocatesthefatalaccident.Theaxisflowsthetypeventilatortodiluteinthecoalbinthegasfortotransportinthecoallanetocausetheenormousharm,thedangerousharmfactorstillexists.
Althoughthistosolvedthemineshaftcoalbingasultratolimitcertainfunction,buttheaboveequipmentfacilitygovernmentexpensewasexpensive,alsofundamentallyhasnotsolvedthehiddendangerwhichthegasagglomerationcreated,stillexistedhasthegasexplosionaccidenthiddendanger,affectedthecoalminemineshaftsafetyinproduction,mightsaythesenegativemeasuresfundamentallyhavenotsolvedthegasexplosionproblem.
Inordertosolvethecoalminemineshaftcoalbingasagglomerationproblem,eliminatesthesignificantsecurityhiddendanger,eliminatesthesignificantdangeroussource,thecoalprofessionoreadvocatespeacetheengineersandtechnicianstospendandnottosolve.
