MAJORDUTIES

Theenrollees(入选者)willworkwiththeparkemployeesandwilloftenbeassistingthem..Theenrollees5workwillincludeseedcollecting,planting,transplanting,fertilizing,andweedingofnativeplants.Otherworkmayincludesettingpicnictablesforvisitors',groundkeeping,pathprotection,painting,brushclearing,anddigging.Theuseofhandtoolsfordigging,cutting,sweeping,andcarpentrymayberequired.

SKILLANDKNOWLEDGEREQUIRED

Enrolleesmustbeabletofollowwrittenandoralinstructionsandmustbeabletolearnandfollowsafeworkhabits.Enrolleesmustcometoworkontimeandwouldliketolearntousethevarioustoolsneededforthework.

PHYSICALEFFORT

Enrolleesmaybeliftingandcarryingobjectsupto50pounds,suchaspackages,tools,andbackpacks.Theymustbeabletowalkfiveorsixmilesperday,sometimesoverdifficultfields.

WORKINGCONDITIONS
