Abstract

Alongwiththeourcountryeconomyrapiddevelopment,theurbanpopulationincreasesdaybyday,speciallysincealongwiththeReformandopenpolicy,theautomobiletotalquantityismoreandmore.FormerlythatkindofSingle-Layerplaneparkinglotcouldnotsatisfythedemandofthemarket.Tothemulti-parkingspots,littleoccupiesofthespace,theuseoperationissimple."Three-DimensionalGarage",whichistheeffectivesolutionofstopsdifficultinthepresentbigcity.

TheThree-DimensionalGarage,whichtakesthesingle-layerplaneparkinglotasthecore,isthemulti-dimensionalspaceparkinggarage.Itusestheprogrammablecontroller(ProgrammingLogicController,alsocalledPLC)torealizemultiplemonolayerplanestopsbycontrollingtheberthspacepositionthechange.Vertical-horizontalmovingundergroundcarparks,whichrealizemultilayerberthfluctuationdepositsandwithdrawsthevehiclesbyshiftingthetraytoproducetheverticalchannel.

ThearticleresearchesthetheoryoftheThree-DimensionalGarage,introducetherealizationsituationofthree-dimensionalgarage.ThesystemsimulationusescontrolsconfigurationsoftwareMCGS,whichisbasedontheWINDOWSplatform.Throughestablishingthedatabaseofconfigurationsoftwareconstructs,connectingtheanimation,preparingthecontrolflowanddebuggingtheprocedures,ithasrealizedthethree-dimensionalgaragemonitoringsystem.

1.1Anoverviewofthestereogarage

Vehiclesparkednowhereistheproblemoftheurbansocial,economicandtransportdevelopmenttoacertainextenttheresult,GarageEquipmentdevelopmentinforeigncountries,especiallyinJapannearly30-40years.Whethertechnicallyorintermsofexperiencehadbeenasuccess.Chinaisalsointhebeginningofthe1990sdevelopedmechanicalparkingequipment,whichwas10yearsinthepast.Becausealotofnewresidentsinthedistrictwiththeratioof1:

Toundergroundgarage,Mechanicalgaragecanbemoreeffectivetoensurepersonalandvehiclesafetyinthegarageorcarkeptprospectivelocation,theentireelectroniccontrolequipmentwouldnotoperate.Itshouldbesaidthatthemechanicalgaragefromthemanagementcandoathoroughseparationofpeopleandvehicles.

Intheundergroundgarageusingmechanicalparking,italsocanremovetheheatingventilation;therefore,Operationofthepowerconsumptionthanworkersinthemanagementofundergroundgarageismuchlower.Mechanicalgaragedon'tusuallydocompletesystem,butasasinglemachinecontainers.Thiswillgivefullplaytoitssmallspace,theadvantagesofdecentralized,Eachoftheresidentialareasorgroupsdownstairstomakeacompletecircuitcanbesetuprandommechanicalparkingbuilding.Thisgarageofthedistrictcansolvetheshortageofparkingdifficultyinprovidingconvenientconditionsrightnow.

Currently,three-dimensionalgaragemainlyinthefollowingforms:

liftingandtransferring,aislestackinggarage,verticalgarage,verticalcycle,box-levelcycle,thelevelofcirculatinground.

1Liftingandtransferring

LiftingandtransferringGaragemodulardesign,eachmodulecanbedesignedintotwo,three,fourlevels,thefive-story,semi-submergedinvariousforms,suchasthenumberofparkingspacesfromafewtohundreds.Three-dimensionalgarageappliestothegroundandundergroundcarparks,configurationflexibilityandcostislow.1.Productfeatures:

VerticalGarageElevatorsimilartotheprinciplethatbothsidesofthehoistlayoutspaces.Generallyneedagroundvehiclerotarytablescanbesavedbythedriveraway.VerticalGaragegenerallyhigherhigh(tensofmeters),safetyequipment,Installationprecisionmachiningrequirementsareveryhigh,highcost,buthasthesmallestarea.
