中非合作论坛北京峰会是20XX年我外交工作中的大事，也是建国以来规模最大的一次外事活动。
在党中央的统一部署和正确领导下，经过各方的通力合作和细致工作，峰会取得了圆满成功，为中非长期稳定的战略伙伴关系奠定了坚实的基础，开创了中非友好关系发展的新局面。
贵校在教学任务繁重的情况下，应我部要求，推荐了36名学生参与峰会接待工作。
在一个多月的时间里，36名同学认真负责、不辞劳苦，工作得力，表现突出，圆满地完成了任务，得到各方好评。

中非合作论坛北京峰会暨第3届部长级会议于11月3日至5日举行，获得圆满成功。
贵校推选了一批政治素质高、语言能力和综合能力均强的志愿者参与峰会筹委会秘书处新闻组工作。
他们对待工作认真负责、耐心细致，富有奉献精神和团队意识，出色完成了任务。
何磊、陈文君、龚成、王研、崔立、韩冰、钱莎莎、宋超、谭苏、梁江生、张希、肖维、许圆圆、张一诺、徐黛竹、付思明、徐菲、尹楠、谢雨岑、王语眉等同学自10月8日投入新闻组工作以来，认真接受培训，积极落实分管任务。
何磊、陈文君、龚成、王研、崔立、韩冰、钱莎莎、宋超、谭苏等同学在采访组工作，先后参与对外联络和现场管理工作。
他们每人负责4个非洲国家的记者联络事宜，任劳任怨，悉心照顾非洲记者的食宿交通，尽力满足他们的采访需求，以良好的协调沟通能力和耐心真诚的态度回应记者的关切；进行现场管理时照顾大局、听从指挥、应变能力强。
他们工作成效显著，赢得采访组同事和中外记者一致好评。
梁江生和张希同学服从分配，全身心投入机场迎送组工作，在专
机、航班到港密集、时间无规律的情况下，起早贪黑，任劳任怨，圆满完成了接、送机任务。
张一诺、徐菲、徐黛竹同学在新闻中心负责逾千名记者的报名和证件发放工作，细致认真、善于动脑，保证了制证和发证工作有条不紊地进行。
尹楠同学负责接待中外记者并回答咨询电话，迅速、准确向外界传达峰会相关信息。
付思明、肖维同学负责外宣品展台布置、外宣品发放和记者证件补办、登记和拍照工作。
肖维、许圆圆同学还参与了记者纪念品的搬运、分发工作。
他们坚守各自岗位，为记者采访提供了便利，获得中外记者交口称赞。
孙睿同学参与峰会官方网站和外交部网站有关信息发布及新闻中心照相等工作，认真负责，及时向中外记者发布峰会相关信息。
谢雨岑同学参与宣传报道组工作，耐心细致，与部内各单位协调，协助司领导及时完成峰会各场活动的吹风任务。
王语眉同学主动提出到相对单调的信息组工作，随时追踪国际媒体有关峰会的报道，供中央领导及时掌握舆情动态。
谨对贵校的大力支持表示衷心感谢，并请贵校对上述同学的优异表现提出表扬。

一获得高分的英语书面表达的六大特性。
（1）条理性。
指的是合理布局文章结构。
首先，在文章思路、组织材料、叙述顺序等方面要有一定的条理性。
