询问类电子邮件属于正式电子邮件，询问类电子邮件要清楚地说明要询问的内容，语言要简洁，态度要诚恳，格式要正确。
正式电子邮件包括收件人地址、寄件人地址、邮件的主题、开头、正文、结束语和签名。

2．正文
正文要从称谓的下一行写起，可以和称谓齐头写，也可以向内缩五个字母写。
