Whatfactorsareimportantinachievinghappiness?

Everybodydesirestobehappyinlifeandinterestinglytherequirementstobecheerfulvaryfrompersontoperson.Thisisthemainreasonwhydefininghappinessisnotthateasy.However,therearesomecommonthingsthatareregardedimportanttobedelightedinlife.Defininghappinessisquitechallengingbecausetherequirementstoachieveitisnotfixed.Whilesomeonedreamsthathiseconomicfreedomwouldmakehimhappy,averyrichmandreamsabouthavingacaringfamilytobehappy.Similarly,acouplewhodonothaveanychildthinkabouthavingababyallthetimeandwouldbereadytodoanythingforthat.Onthecontrary,manypoorfamilies,mostlyinpoorcountries,findmorechildrentobetheirburden.Thepracticalworldisquitepuzzlingandthehumankindwantsmorethantheyhave.Whenaperson’saimorexpectationisfulfilled,hewantsmoreandthisisaneverendingprocess.Thisiswhyhappinessisnotasimplewordthatwecandescribewithaneatandprecisedefinition.However,therearesomevitalfactorsthatarecommonlyregardedasthemainingredientstobehappyinlife.Firstofall,physicalandpsychologicalsoundnessisveryimportanttobehappyandpeoplecantrulyrealisethatwhentheygetsick.Economicfreedom-abilitytofulfiltheneedsinlife,isthesecondmostimportantfactortobehappy,inmyopinion.Itisoftensaidthatbeinghappywithanemptystomachisnotpossible.Thirdly,havingahappyfamilywheremembersloveeachotherandcareforthemisconsideredimportanttobeinpeaceinlife.Itisusuallyraretofindahappypersonwhodoesnothaveapleasantfamily.Individualfreedomisalsoconsideredagreatinfluencetobehappyinlife.Someonewithoutpersonalfreedomcannotfeelthehappiness.Mostimportantly,beingcontentedinlifeisthekeytobeinghappy.Ifsomeonecanbecontentedwithwhateverlittlehehas,hewillbehappyinlife.Inconclusion,thoughthereisnoeasyandprecisedefinitionofhappiness,commonattributeslikesoundhealth,caringfamily,freedomandpersonalcontentmentareregardedtobekeyingredientstobehappyinlife.
