ThiscourseisidealformembersofthepublicwhowanttolearnfirstaidwithouthavingtodoresuscitationorCPR.

Familyfirstaid

Thiscourseisforfamiliestolearnfirstaidtogether.ThecoursecoversthesamecontentasBasicfirstaidandEmergencylifesupport.Thecoursetakessixhours.

InadditiontotheBasicfirstaidcoursecontentyouwillalsolearn:

·Treatmentofasthma,headinjuries,chestpainsandshock.

·Treatmentofseverebleedingandsevereburns.

·Recognitionandtreatmentformeningitis,poisons,seizuresandstroke.

·Bone,muscleandjointinjuries.

Activityfirstaid

Thiscoursetakes16hoursandincludesallthecontentofEmergencylifesupport,BasicfirstaidandFamilyfirstaidcourse.Italsocoversconditionscausedbytheextremesoftemperature,lowbloodsugarandcasualtymanagement.

Totalfirstaid

Itisourmostcomprehensivefirstaidcoursetaking28hourstocomplete.Thiscourseisformembersofthepublicwhowantanin-depthknowledgeoffirstaidtechniques.ThisincludesallofthecontentoftheActivityfirstaidcourseandtraininginusingsomemedicalinstruments.

Emergencyaidfortraffic

Thiscourseisspecificallydesignedforaccidentsandcoversemergencylifesupportskillsandheadinjuries.Thiscourseisidealformembersofthegeneralpublicwhoaremotorcyclistsandwishtoknowhowtohandleanincident.

Sportsfirstaid
