1.EXPORTPACKINGANDPRESERVATIONREQUIREMENT

出口包装及保存规定

1.1.HazardousMaterial危险物资

Hazardousmaterialswillbepackaged,packed,marked,storedandtransportedinaccordancewithallapplicablelaws.

Hazardousmaterialsshallbepackedandinvoicedseparately.

AllHazardousmaterialsmustbeidentifiedbytheappropriatehazardousclass,technicalorpropershippingname.AllinvoicesandpackinglistsforHazardousmaterialsshallcontainthefollowingstatement:

“Thisistocertifythattheabovenamedmaterialsareproperlyclassed,described,packaged,markedandlabeledandisinproperconditionfortransportationaccordingtotheappropriateGovernmentorInternationaltransportationregulations.”

Vendorshallproduceanynecessaryhazardouscargocertificates,inaccordancewiththeappropriateGovernmentandInternationaltransportationregulationsforallshipments.Onapplicationtotheforwardingagenttheseformswillbesuppliedforcompletion.

危险物资应根据所有适用的法律进行打包，包装，标识，储存和运输。

危险物资应单独包装并开具发票。

所有危险物资必须能根据危险等级、专业术语或合适的运输名称进行辨识。

所有包装清单目录和发票应包括如下陈述内容：

“这是为了保证上述命名的材料进行了正确的归类，描述，包装，标识和标签，并按照政府或国际法规满足适合的运输条件。

”

卖方须提供任何必要的危险货物的证明，以符合相应的政府和国际运输规定，向货运代理提出运输申请，可完成这些内容。

1.2.GeneralPackingRequirements一般包装要求

1.2.1.Exportpackagesshallbedesignedandconstructedtowithstandthehazardsofinlandandoceantransportation,belowandondeckstowage,multiplehandlingandsixmonthsstorageatthedestinationinopenyardswithallpossibleclimaticconditionsandexposure.Specialconsiderationsaretobegiventothepackingtoinsurethat:

出口包装应设计和制造成能够抵御内陆和海上的运输条件，甲板上、下的存放，多点固定并满足在目的地开放暴露厂可能的气候条件下存放6个月。

包装时要采取特定的措施满足下列条件：

1）Breakage,damageandtheftareprevented

防止破损、毁坏和盗窃。

2）Rustandcorrosionareinhibited

防止锈蚀。

3）Waterintrusionisprevented

防水。

4）Handlingisfacilitated

便于吊装。

5）Ingressoffinesandisprevented

防止细砂进入。

1.2.2.Specialpackinginstructionsforspecificcommoditiesand/orshipmentswilltakeprecedenceoverthisspecification.

对于特殊货物的特殊包装说明及运输优先于本说明。

1.2.3.Whenportionsofthisspecificationarenotattainable,thebestcommercialexportpackingmethodstoattaincomparableprotectionshallbeused.ThisinformationshouldbebroughttotheattentionofCNPCInternationalLtd.

当本说明要求的部分内容达不到时，应当使用最好的商业出口包装办法以获得相同的防护措施。

此信息应提请中石油国际公司注意。

1.2.4.ShouldtheManufacturer’s/Vendor’sstandardmethodsofprotectionand/orexportpackingprovideequalorbetterprotectionatthesameorlesscost,thisinformationshouldbebroughttotheattentionofCNPCInternationalLtd..

如制造商或卖方在相同或更低成本的条件下，采用的防护标准方法和/或出口包装能提供相等或更好的防护，此信息应提请中石油国际公司注意。

1.2.5.Manufacturer’s/Vendor’srecommendations,commentsandsuggestionsregardingprotection,packingandhandlingtheirproductsaresolicited.

制造商或卖方的建议、注释和有关防护、包装、吊装的建议应提请（业主）。

1.2.6.IncasewoodenpackageisusedinpackingoftheEquipment,thewoodenpackagingcasesorcratesshallhaveundergoneanti-parasiteandanti-moldtreatmentandVendorshallstatethatpackageiswithIPPCLogoindicatingthesaidactivities.

如果设备采用木质箱进行包装，木质包装箱或板条箱应经过抗寄生虫和抗霉菌处理，同时卖方应在包装上显示说明国际植物保护组织标识。

1.3.GeneralPreservationRequirements

1.3.1.Ingeneral,applicationofrustpreventativestoalloyandnon-corrodibleequipmentandmaterialsisnotrequired;stainlesssteelitemsmayrequirespecialtreatmenttopreventdepositionofchlorides,especiallywhenexposedtosaltyatmosphere.

一般情况下，对于合金和非腐蚀性设备和材料不需要使用防锈剂，不锈钢物品可能需要防止氯离子而进行特殊处理，特别是暴露在盐份环境中。

1.3.2.Equipmentsubjecttoshophydrostatictestshallbecleanedanddried（nowaterpockets）priortoapplicationofrustpreventativesandtoclosureofopenings.

在厂内进行过液压试验的设备在使用防锈剂前应进行清洁干燥处理并封堵开口处。

1.3.3.Allinternalsurfacesandinternalcomponentsofmechanicalequipmentincludingcases,bearings,gears,mechanicalsealsandthreadedconnections,notadverselyaffectedbyrustpreventatives,shallbetypeAcoated.

所有内表面和机械设备内的部件包括：

箱体、轴承、齿轮、机械密封和螺纹连接等处的防锈处理宜采用A型防护。

1.3.4.Allexternalmachine-finishsurfaces,suchasflangefacings,valvestems,shafts,shaftcouplings,shallbetypeBcoated.Externalmachine-finishsurfaces,forwhichaharddurablecoatingisrequired,maybetypeCcoated.

所有外部的机械加工面，如法兰面、阀杆、轴、联轴器应采用B型防护。

外部机加工表面需采用耐久性保护膜。

宜采用C型防护。

1.3.5.Allengagedandexposedthreads,especiallythoseusedforflangeprotection,shallbecoatedwithagreasebaserustpreventative,typeB.Therustpreventativeshallbereplacedaftereachlooseningbolt-uptoensureadequateprotection.

所有配合暴露的螺纹，特别是用于法兰防护的，应涂B型油脂基防锈剂。

在每一个紧固螺栓松散后，应更换防锈剂以确保充分的防护。

1.3.6.Allcommoditieswillbeexposedtosevereclimateconditions.Thenatureofthecommoditywilldeterminethetypeofpreservativetobeused.Protectallmetalcommoditiessubjecttocorrosion（rust）withapreservativesuitableforthepurposeintended,inaccordancewithapplicablemanufacturerspecifications.Preservativesmustbeeasilyappliedtoallkindsofmetalsurfacesbyavarietyofmethodsandshouldcoatthesurfacewithasufficientlythickfilmtoexcludemoistureandair.Thisfilmshouldremaininpositionforanindefiniteperiodoftimeandyetbecompletelyremovablefromthesurfacewithoutunduelabor.Thepreservativeitselfshouldhavenocorrosiveactionofanykindonmetal.

所有的货物可能暴露在苛刻的气候条件下。

货物的特性将决定使用的防护类型。

遭受锈蚀的金属货物均应按照制造商的说明书使用满足要求的防锈剂进行防护，通过不同的方法使用的防锈剂应能方便地用于所有类型的金属表面，防护层应具有足够的厚度防止与水气和空气接触。

该防护层应能保持一个相当长的时间而不能轻易的脱离表面。

选用的防腐剂不能对金属表面产生任何形式的腐蚀。

1.3.7.Allsurfacesshallbethoroughlycleanedpriortoapplicationofanypreservatives.Criticalfunctioning,closetoleranceorhighlyfinishedsurfacesshallbefurthercleanedtoensuretheremovalofperspirationandfingerprintstainsbytheapplicationofcommerciallyavailableoilfingerprintremover.

所有表面在使用防锈剂之前均应进行彻底清洗。

关键功能件、配合间隙或高精度加工面应进一步清洗干净，并确保使用工业指纹洗净油擦除汗渍和指印。

1.3.8.Commoditiesnothavinghighlyfinishedsurfacesmaybecoatedwithathinfilmofpreservative.Commoditieshavinghighlyfinishedsurfacesofsimpledesignshouldbecoatedwithathickfilmofpreservative.Ineithercase,thenatureofthecommoditymustpermiteasyremovalofthepreservativewithcommonlyavailablesolvents.Contactpreservativeswillnotbeusedoncomplexorintricateassembliesthatwouldrequirecleaningpriortouse,ifsuchcleaningwouldresultindamage.

没有高精度加工面的货物可以涂薄层防锈剂，单独设计的高精加工表面涂抹厚层防锈剂。

在任何情况下，货物的性质必须允许使用一般的可用溶剂清除防锈剂。

如果复杂的部件在使用前需要清洗而这种清洗可能造成部件损坏的话，接触型防锈剂将不能使用。

1.3.9.Careshallbeexercisedinapplyingpreservativessothatelectric,electronicmaterial,leather,mica,rubberandothersimilarnon-metallicmaterialsarenotcoatedwiththepreservativecompound.

防锈剂在使用时应小心，防止电气、电子材料、皮革、云母、橡胶和其它相类似的非金属材料粘染上防锈剂复合物。

1.3.10.Allcriticalworkingsurfacessuchasclosetoleranceshafts,bearings,sealsandspindlesshallbeprotectedfromtheingressofdirtandmoisturebywrappingwithagreaseproofpaperhavinganeutralPHfactor.Thiswrappingshallbesecuredfirmlyinplacewithpressuresensitivetapeorwaxcoatedtwine.Allopeningsofelectricmotors,generatorsandotherelectricalequipmentshallbesealedwithpressuresensitivetape.BrushesandarmaturesofmotorsandgeneratorsshallbewrappedwithapieceofGradeAgreaseproofpaper.

所有关键工作表面如紧密配合间隙轴、轴承、密封和主轴应缠绕中性PH值的油脂防护纸，防止灰尘和水份进入。

这种包装应用压感胶带或腊涂层缠绕固定牢固。

1.3.11.Precisioninstruments,electricalandelectronicassemblies,typewritersandotherofficemachinesandothercommoditiessubjecttowater-vapordamagewillbesealedorpackagedinwater-vaporproofbarriersincludingsilicageloracomparabledesiccant.

精密仪器、电气电子部件、打字机、其它办公设备和其它需防水汽的货物应采取密封措施或在包装内加入防潮产品包括硅胶或相类似的干燥剂。

1.4.MaterialAndWorkmanship

1.4.1.Materialusedforpackaging,packing,wrapping,tapes,sealers,moisture-resistantbarriersandcorrosionpreventionshallberecognizedbrandsandgradesandshallconformtothebeststandardintheareasinwhicharticlesarepackedandshallbecapableofperformingallitsfunctionswithoutdamagetothecommoditycontent.

用于包装、打包、缠绕防护、胶带、密封、防潮品和防腐剂的材料应使用公认的品牌与等级，并符合最高标准。

使用该物品进行包装在能够保证所有性能的同时而不损坏货物内容。

1.4.2.Thenatureofthecommodityanddegreeofprotectionrequiredwillgovernfinalselectionandsizeofthematerialutilized.

货物的性质和防护的程度将决定最终利用材料的选择与规格。

1.4.3.Wood木材

1.4.4.DimensionalLumber规格木材

Dimensionallumbershallbenew,soundandwellseasoned.

应使用新的、完好和干燥的规格木材

1.4.5.Plywood胶合板

New,clean,dry,C-Dexteriorglueplywoodshallbeutilized.

应使用新的、干净、干燥、C－D室外胶合板。

1.4.6.NailsandStrapping钉子和包装带

1.4.6.1.Nails钉子

Allnailsshallbecementcoatedordeformedshankorclinchedwireboxnails.

所有箱钉应采用带胶剂涂层或变形膨胀或锁线箱钉。

Corrugatedfastenersmaybepreferredtonailswhenpackingitemswhicharehighlysusceptibletopilferageandtheft.

当包装物特别易受小偷光顾时，波纹紧固钢带交优于箱钉。

1.4.6.2.Strapping

Forcrateslessthan45kgs,metalstrappingshallbeunannealedsteel,minimum20mmappliedwithstretchingtoolandsecuredwithcrimpedsteelseals.Forcratesover45kgs,30mmshallbeutilized.Metalstrapsmustbecutevenlyatthesealwithnosharpedge.Cornerprotectorsshallbeprovidedtokeepthestrappingfromcuttingintotheedgesofthepackage.Notlessthantwostrapsperboxarerequired.Strapspacingshallnotexceed1metercentretocentre.

对于小于45公斤的板条箱，包装带宜采用非退火钢，最小20毫米用紧固器和轧花钢密封。

对于超过45公斤的板条箱。

金属带密封必须均匀削减且没有锋利边缘。

边角须提供保护，以防止包装带切割到包的边缘。

每个箱体必需不少于2条包装带。

包装带中心间距不得超过1米。

1.4.7.Workmanship工艺

Workmanshipshallbeinaccordancewiththebestcommercialpracticeandwiththerequirementsoftheapplicablespecification.Thereshallbenodefects,imperfections,oromissionswhichwouldtendtoimpairtheprotectionaffordedbythepackageasawhole.

工艺应按照最佳的商业实践和适用的规范要求。

不得有缺陷，不完善，或简化的往往会损害整个包装箱所应提供的保护。

1.5.Packing包装

1.5.1.Thec
