货到目的地卸货后60天内买房有权为所受损失向卖方提出索赔。

TheBuyershavetherighttolodgeclaimsforalllossessustainedwithin60daysafterdischargeofthegoodsattheportofdestination.14.仲裁：

凡有关本合同或因执行本合同所发生的一切争执，双方应以友好协商解决，如协商不能解决，可提交仲裁。

仲裁应在原告或被告的国家进行。

仲裁费如未另行裁定应由败诉方负担。
