UPVC管施工方案

1.1.1.UPVC管道施工工艺UPVCpipeinstallationmethod

1.1.1.1.工艺流程processflow:

材料准备→切削配管→检查清洁接口→涂抹清洁剂→涂抹胶水（两次）→管道连接→固化检查→清洁materialpreparing-----cuttingandpreparingpiping------check/cleantheconnections------applydetergent-----applyglue（twice）--------joiningthepipes--------checksolidification-------cleanup

1.1.1.2.粘结注意点：

1.接合表面须先软化并保持半潮湿状。

Bondingsurfacesshallbesoftenedandbekeptsemimoist

2.须有足够的胶水填塞在管件和管配件的缝隙中。

Adequatequantityofglueshallbefilledinthegapsofpipinganditfittings

3.管件与管配件的组合须在表面还湿及半潮湿状态下接合。

Bondingofpipinganditsfittingsshallbedonewhensurfacesaremoistorsemimoist.

4.接合的力量来自胶水固化时，在接合的部分，胶水会熔合，在空隙的地方，胶水会咬紧表面。

Forceofbondingcomesfromthesolidificationoftheglue,wherejoiningisthegluewilldothealligation;wheregapsaregluewillsticktightlytothesurface

单独用胶水或适当的清洁剂，或两者一并使用都可达到软化和熔接的作用。

在特定的产品，特定的情况下，必须使用清洁剂的。

恰当的清洁可快速地软化和深入，另外，使用清洁剂可保证安装者的安全，因为这样使它可在不同的温度中达到适当的软化，例如，在冷天气下可能就需要多重复几次软化和深入的动作。

承接处软松的地主一定要填上充份的胶水。

除了填上充分的胶水，适当厚度的胶水须深入表面，并保持湿度直到接合完成。

Eitherusinggluealoneorproperdetergentorusingbothwillachievesofteningandalligation.Whereaspecialproductisinvolvedunderspecialcircumstancessothatdetergentmustbeused,theproperuseofdetergentcanquickensofteningandpenetratio.Besidesuseofdetergentcanensuresafetyoftheoperators,becausedetergentsoftensitindifferenttemperature.Forinstance,incoldweatherrepeatedsofteningandpenetrationareneeded.Itshallbenecessarytofillinadequatequantityofgluewhereitissoft.Apartfromadequatequantityofglueanappropriatethicknessofgluelayerhastopenetratethesurfaceandbekeptmoistuntilbondingiscompleted.

若在管件和管配件还湿和半湿状态中接合，胶水会熔合只变一层。

如果胶水还是湿的，表面底部分会是软的，使接合处更易熔合。

若胶水失去胶化，接合较不易且须使用更大的力气。

Ifbondingisdonewhenpipingandfittingsaremoistorsemimoistalligationisonlyonelayer.Ifglueremainsmoistthesurfaceissoftandalligationwillbeeasy.Ifgluelosescohesionbondingwillnotbeeasyandthebondingworkbecomesharder.

好的接合要求接合处的胶水完全变干后才施工作压，如此熔合处会产生力量，其他空隙处也因胶水而有恰当的接合。

Goodbondingrequiresthatworkingpressuredoesnotapplyuntiltheglueatthebondingiscompletelystiff,asitisthenthatbondingisstrong.Othergapscanalsohavegoodbondingbecauseoftheglue.

1.1.1.3.溶胶接合步骤（使用清洁剂）stepsingluebonding（withuseofdetergent）

1.组合适当工作材料（如胶水、清洁剂及合适配管尺寸之涂抹工具。

）collectpropermaterialforthejob（glue,detergent,andapplyingtoolsthatsuitthepipingdimensions）

2.切削配管时应尽可能平直切削：

可使用机械或细齿锯和斜口锯箱等切削，尽量便配管表面能够有最大的结合区。

Cuttingofpipingshallbeasmuchstraightaspossible,itispossibletousemachinesorfinetoothsawforcuttingjob.Doitinsuchamannerthatthepipingsurfacewillhavemaxbondingarea.

3.轮式塑胶管切断器亦可使用于切削配管。

无论如何，切管于管口所产生毛边及必须被去除，否则会在管及管配件接合时擦掉胶水。

Wheel-typeplastichosecutting-machinemayalsobeusedforcuttingpurposes.Anywayburrasaresultofcuttingmustberemovedfromthepipeorifice,asthatwillwipeoffgluewhenitcomestobonding.

4.可使用刀、去角工具或锉刀来去除管口内外毛边，并可顺便刮除部分会被软化或吊架区域痕迹。

Useknife,handtoolforremovalofedgesorfiletoremovetheburringinsideandoutsidethepipeorifice

5.擦拭掉配管端部的灰尘、油脂以及水气。

完全擦拭干净及干燥较粗的表面通常是有效的（水气会降低接合力、灰尘、油脂会影响粘着）。

Wipeoffdust,greaseandmoistureattheendofthepipes.Itisofprovenvaluetothoroughlycleanupanddryupthesurfacesthatarerough（moisturewillreducebondingforceanddustandgreaseaffectscohesion）

6.检视管及管配件胶合前是否为干燥状态及合适与否，管应能容易的插入到管配件1/4~3/4的位置。

且不希望太紧，因组合时必须将配管推到配件底部，如果配管与配件彼此皆非真圆时，调整接合角度以符合，如果管与配件彼此接合有空隙时，请确认所有管与配件是否符合有关规范。

Checktoseethepipesandfittingsareinadrystateandaretherightones;pipesshouldbeeasilyinsertedintofittingsfor1/4—3/4ofthelength.Itisalsoexpectedtobenottootight,aswhenbondingthepipewillhavetobepushedtotheendofthefitting.Ifpipesandfittingsareneitherofthemtrulyroundadjusttheiranglessoastoalignthem.If,whenjoinedthepipeandfittingshaveclearancecbetweenthembesuretocheckallpipesandfittingstoseeiftheyconformtorequirednorms.

7.使用适当的涂抹工具是非常重要的，涂抹工具尺寸应等于配管直径约1/2左右。

Itisimportanttohaveproperapplyingtools,whichshallbethesizeapprox1/2ofthepipediameter.

8.清洁剂之使用：

使用清洁剂目的在集中及软化接合表面使结合顺利，适量使用并确认表面以软化适合接合，可于正式涂抹或天气变化剧烈前先在一小片上测试，用刀或利器刮拭，小量清洁剂表面应可刮下，因为气候状况会影响清洁剂及胶水效果，重复测试应有必要，在冷天气软化需要较长时间。

thepuroseofuseofdetergentistosoftenthesurfaceforbondingtomakebondingeasier.Todeterminetheextentofsofteningonemaymakeatestbeforeformallyapplyingorbeforedrasticchangeofweatherbyapplyingonasmallpiece.Useaknifetoscrape,asmallquantityofdetergentoughttobescrapedoff.Weaterhcaninfluencetheeffectofdetergentorgluesorepeatedtestisnecessary.Incoldweathersofteningwilltakelongertime.

9.用适当大小的涂抹工具将清洁剂涂于管配件套节的内部，重复沾抹，直到整个表面都已软化，在冷天及坚硬之表面需涂抹更多次。

Useapropersizedapplyingtooltoapplydetergenttotheinnersideofthepipeconnection,applyrepeatedlyuntilthewholesurfaceissoftened.Incoldweatherorifthesurfaceishardrepeattheapplyingevenmore.

10.重要涂抹清洁剂于管口外部，涂抹区域至少需至管配件1/2深度结合区域。

Repeatedlyapplydetergenttothepipeouterorifice,areaofapplicationofdetergentshallminimum1/2ofthedepthofbonding.

11.如可行，建议在管配件内再涂抹一次清洁剂。

Ifpossibleapplydetergentonceagaintotheinnersurfaceofthepipefittings.

12.趁配管表面仍有粘性时，尽快涂抹适合的胶水。

Whilefittingsurfaceisstillstickylosenotimetoapplyglue.

13.涂抹胶水：

（胶水在使用前需先摇一摇）用适当大小的涂抹工具将胶水涂于管外部，重复沾抹与管配件结合区域，尽可能勿涂抹太薄否则将很快干掉。

Applyingglue:

（shakethegluebottlebeforeuse）Usepropersizedtoolstoapplygluetotheoutsideofthepipe,brushingrepeatedlywherethepipefitswiththefitting,takingcarethatgluedoesnotdryupbecausethelayeristoothin.

14.重复适量涂抹胶水于管配件内部，避免残留过多胶水于内部。

Applyagainsuitablequantityofgluetotheinsideofthepipefitting,takingcarenottoleavetoomuchthere.

15.几秒钟后再涂抹一层胶水于管上。

Applyinafewsecondsgluetotheoutsideofthepipe

16.当胶水仍呈柔软状态时立即将配管插入套节内。

这个时候，适当地调整配件。

必须将配管推到底部为止，必要时插入后旋转配管1/4圈。

Insertthepipeintotheconnectioncollarwhiletheglueissoft.Nowisthetimetoadjustthefitting.Pushthepipeallthewaytotheend,whennecessaryonemayrotatethepipefor1/4turnafterinsertingitin.

17.握住配合及配件大约30秒的时间以确定接合。

Holdbothpipeandfittingforapprox30secandtoconfirmthebonding.

18.结合后，应能在配管周围以及配件接缝处见到一圈胶水。

如果胶水没有出现在接合边缘，可能是胶水使用不足导致接合失败。

Afterthebondingthereoughttobearingofgluenearthejointwherepipeandfittingfiteachother.Ifnot,itcouldbethatbondingisbadbecauseofinadequateuseofglue.

19.过量胶水可以使用柔软的干布拭去，并避免移动结合处。

Wipeoffwithasoftcloththeexcessiveglue,takingcarenottomovewherebondingis.

装配时，应该在没有任何压力使其固定时间超过定型时间后（依IPS建议之定型及固化时间），便可进行搬运及压力测Assemblingshalltakeplaceafterthepipeandfittinghavebeenlefttosolidifyforlongerthantheformingtimeandfreeofanypressure（asperIPSforming/solidifyingtime）.Afterthatonemoveitaroundandsubjectittopressuretest.

1.1.1.4.1.4溶胶接合步骤（不用清洁剂）gluebondingsteps（withoutuseofdetergent）

如规定允许，不用清洁剂只用胶水时亦可成功胶合，只是在安装时需特别注意。

建议尽量应用在2寸以下配管系统或较低压力需求时，或6寸以下无压力需求之排风管路。

同时，必须先确认胶水接合及穿透软化能力符合管路需求。

Ifpermittedbythenorm,justbyusinggluewithouttheuseofdetergentbondingcanalsobedone.Onlyspecialcarewillhavetobetakenwhenassembling.Isrecommendedthatthismethodisusedforpipingsystembelow2inchesorsystemwithlowpressurerequirementorforventilationductingbelow6inchesfreefromanypressurerequirement.Atthesametime,itshallbenecessarytoestablishtheglue’scapabilityofbondingandpenetration/softeninganditsconformitywiththerequirementsofthepipeline.

在胶合前应注意事项和施工步骤Pointsofattentionandworkingstepsbeforegluebondingtakesplace:

1.准备恰当的接合工具（如适当的胶水，恰当尺寸的涂抹工具等）preparepropertoolsforthebonding（glue,applyingtoolsofsuitablesizeetc）

2.管子须切得正正方方，凹凸不平的切割会减少接合的效率。

Pipemustbecutsquarely,zig-zagcuttingwillreducethebondingeffectiveness

3.将管上所有的毛边修齐，毛边会伤软化的表面软导或产生阻碍。

Trimalltheburring,whichwillaffectthesoftenedsurfaceandgeneratehurdles

4.将接合处的污垢、油脂、湿气拭去，用干的布拭去即可，因湿度会延长接合时间，油会阻碍粘接。

Wipeoffthedirt,grease,moisturewherebondingistotakeplacewithdrycloth.Moisturewillprolongthebondingtimeandgreaseimpedementtobonding

5.检查管和配件的密合度。

恰当的密合度是必须很容易进入配件1/4~3/4的深度，但管不能直接进入配件底部。

Checkthetightnessoffittingofthepipeandthefitting.Propertightnesswillbeforthepipetoeasilyinsertintofitting1/4~3/4ofthedepthbutnotforthepipetoreachtheendofthefitting.

6.检查管表面软化和胶水深入度。

自你要接合的管取样，然后以刀或其他锐的东西刮去表面，若你可以于安装时这么做更好，若不能，那你可在已上胶的管表面上刮。

若仍无法测试出软化和胶水深入度，那你可能要考虑用清洁剂。

Checkthepipesurfacesofteninganddepthofgluepenetration.Pickasamplefromthepipesyouaregoingtobond.Scrapeoffthesurface.Itwillbeallthebetterifyoucandoitatassembling.Ifyoucannotjustscrapethepipetowhichglueisalreadyapplied.Ifyoustillcannotfindoutsoftening/penetrationdepthconsidertheuseofdetergent.

7.使用正确尺寸的涂抹工具，约管径的1/2，将胶水涂在管末端其面大小须等于配件的深度，然后，在配涂上一层胶须注意不要让胶流至管道内。

Usetherightsizedtools,approx1/2ofpipediameter,applygluetothepipeendforanareaequaltothefittingdepth.Thenapplygluetothepipe,takingcarenottoletglueinsideofthepipe.

8.再于管上涂上和配件面积大小一样的第二层胶。

Applyagaingluetothepipeforanareaequaltothatofthefittingasthesecondlayerofglue

9.趁表面还是湿的时候，立即将管和配件以恰当的力量将管推入配件底部。

若可以，你可于插入时将管转1/4圈。

Whilethesurfaceisstillmoistinsertthepipewithproperforceintothefittingandpushitdowntotheend.Ifpossiblerotatethepipefor1/4turnwhileinserting.

10.将接合的管和配件握住30秒，以防止两者松脱。

Holdthepipeanditsfittingfor30secondstopreventthetwofromfallingapart.

11.接合后，接合处须有一层或一圈的胶水完全围绕接合处，无没有则表示胶上得不够，有可能导致胶合失败。

用布将流出的胶水拭干。
