1、备妥通知书递交的两个条件是抵达船舶(arrivedship)和事实备妥(physicallyreadyinallrespects)。
原则上无论是否备妥,在没有特别要求时,船长一定要在船舶抵达港界时(河港在抵达入海口的第一个引航锚地)递交nor,尽可能在中午1200lt,下午1700lt之前递交.
2、在需要递交第二份备妥通知书的情况下(如:
公司有指示、验舱一次未通过等),应在第二份备妥通知书上加注“WITHOUTPREJUDICETOTHEORIFINAL”,即不影响第一份nor的效力。

1、这是一份在码头被他船擦碰的碰撞通知书,以电传或email形式发出。
如条件允许也可以信件形式发出并要求对方签收。
2、如碰撞事故发生在海上,碰撞通知要扼要说明碰撞的大约时间、大致经纬度以及碰撞部位,再加上要求对方负责的字样即可,然后让对方船回电确认并扼要记入航海日志。
当然,对对方船的情况了解的越仔细越好,如船型、呼号、吨位、船旗、船级、船东、货物、来去港口、受损情况等。
3、如对方也要求我方签署同类文件,应加注receivedonly字样。
