UndergraduateProgramforSpecialtyinIndustrialEngineering
一、培养目标
I.EducationalObjectives
培养具备企业管理、计算机技术及机械工程的基础知识及应用能力，具备较高英语水平、计算机应用能力和管理知识与技能，能在生产企业，包括机械、电子、计算机应用、金融和服务等多行业，从事对各种复杂的管理和生产系统进行分析、规划、设计和管理工作、既懂技术又懂管理的复合型高级人才。
Thisprogramprovidesstudentswiththebasicknowledgeandapplicationskillsinmanagement,computertechnologyandmechanicalengineering,andwiththeabilitytouseEnglishlanguageandcomputer.Studentscanpursueacareerinenterprisesrelatedtomanufacturing,electron,computerapplication,financial,serviceandvarioussectors.Studentsbecomeadvancedskilledpersonsintechnologyandmanagementabletoanalysis,plan,designandmanagevariouscomplicatedmanagementandproductionsystems.
二、基本规格要求
Ⅱ．SkillsProfile
毕业生应获得以下几方面的知识和能力：
1.具有较扎实的自然科学基础，较好的人文、社会科学基础及正确运用本国语言、文字的表达能力；
2.具备较高的英语水平和计算机应用能力，掌握文献检索、资料查询的基本方法；
3.较系统地掌握本专业的技术理论与基础知识，包括系统工程、运筹学、现代管理学、人因工程、质量控制、可靠性工程、生产管理、项目管理、物流系统、供应链管理、决策分析、系统仿真，以及计算机技术、网络技术等基础知识；
4.具有分析、解决企业尤其是制造企业的生产组织与管理问题的能力，有较强的自学能力和创新意识，了解本专业的学科前沿及发展趋势；
5.了解机械制造学科的基本知识与基本技能；
6.具有初步的科学研究、技术开发、技术经济分析与生产组织管理的能力。

3.Abroadunderstandingoftheoreticalandtechnicalfoundationinindustrialengineering,includingsystemsengineering,operationsresearch,management,humanfactorsinEngineering,qualitycontrol,reliabilityengineering,productionandoperationsmanagement,projectmanagement,logistics,supplychainmanagement,systemsimulationandothercomputerandnetworktechnology;
4.Skillstoanalyzeandsolvetheproblemsrelatedtoproductionorganizationandmanagementinenterprisesespeciallyinmanufacturingenterprises,self-learningabilityandinnovativethinking,andunderstandingofitstrendandcurrentstageofdevelopment;
5.Understandingoftheoreticalandtechnicalfoundationandskillsinmechanicalengineering;
6.Capabilityofscientificresearch,developmentandmanagement.
