∙Abachelor'sdegreefromaregionallyaccreditedU.S.institution,oracomparabledegreefromaninternationalinstitution,withaminimum3.0（ona4.0scale） gradepointaverage （GPA）inallcourseworkattemptedwhileenrolledasanupper-divisionundergraduatestudentworkingtowardsabachelor'sdegree;or

∙AgraduatedegreefromaregionallyaccreditedU.S.institution,oracomparabledegreefromaninternationalinstitution;and

∙Testscoresfromanationallystandardizedgraduateadmissiontestthatareacceptablefortheacademicprogramtowhichtheapplicantisapplying;and

GraduatePianoPerformanceapplicantswhoarenotcurrentFSUstudentsmustsubmitaPrescreeningRecordingbyDecember1.ThisrecordingshouldbeuploadedthroughtheCollegeofMusicsupplementalapplication.Followingfacultyreview,aselectnumberofapplicantswillbeinvitedtoaudition.

1.Submittheonline FloridaStateUniversityApplicationand$30applicationfee.

2.Submittheonline CollegeofMusicSupplementalApplication.（Thisapplicationwillaskyoutoselectanauditiondate.However,pleaseknowthatconfirmationofthisauditionwillbeemailedtoyouonlyafterasuccessfulprescreening.

3.Submitacompletelistofallrepertoireeverlearned,studied,rehearsedorperformed;andaletterofrecommendation,preferablyfromyourcurrentteacher.（Theremainingtwolettersofrecommendationandotherrequiredmaterialsmustbesubmittedbythedateofyourliveaudition.）InternationalApplicants:
