但从目前的现状来看，最被忽视的就是“说”的训练。

为了提高学生“说”的能力，我们采用了“课前三分钟演讲”。

具体做法是：

每堂语文课

在讲授新课前按学号排，由一名学生演讲，然后根据这名同学的演讲，由学生或老师做简短

的讲评。

坚持由易到难的原则，开始时，站在座位上讲，后来到台上讲，从自由讲话逐渐发

展为命题讲话，即兴演讲。

内容可讲所闻所见所感。

这样一学期经过筛选把较好的演讲稿装

订成册，定题为“撷英——高一演讲集锦”，印发给学生。

“课前三分钟演讲”有哪些好处呢？

首先，它训练了学生的语言表达能力。

学生在限定的时间内把准备好的内容表达出来。

要求明了、轻快、准确、令人信服。

通过演讲，学生内在的表达能力在教师和全体同学面前

真实地外传。

“三分钟演讲”使学生比较准确地了解自己表达能力。

如在讲话中语言是否准确，

吐字是否清楚，声音是否宏亮，节奏是否合适，声调是否恰当，表情是否自然，感情是否真

实等。

在讲话中，学生看到了别人，也看到了自己，讲评别人的同时，也在规范着自己。

次，它有助于提高学生的写作能力。

如果按传统的教学方法，每人每学期写作文八篇，提高

学生的写作能力，效果总是不甚明显。

通过“课前三分钟演讲”有助于提高学生的写作能力，

因为学生要想三分钟演讲取得较好的成绩，必须演讲前要组织好材料，经过立意，构思成文，

最后修改成稿。

因而说的过程，也是写的过程，要想说好必须写好，不能应付，这样就能调

动学生的积极性，激发学生的学习兴趣。

经过一个学期的训练，学生的作文水平大有提高。

第三，“课前三分钟演讲”为进行思想教育创造了一个生动活泼的局面，开辟了一条新途

径。

因为学生演讲内容摄取身边所见、所闻、所感，内容丰富多彩。

一．英语演讲稿的基本组成部分

从大的方面看，英语演讲词实际上是属于一种特殊的说明文或议论文，其基本组成部分是：

1）开始时对听众的称呼语最常用的是ladiesandgentlemen，也可根据不同情况，选用fellowstudents,distinguishedguests,mrchairman,honorablejudges（评委）等等。

2）提出论题由于演讲的时间限制，必须开门见山，提出论题。

提出论题的方法有各种各样，但最生动，最能引起注意的是用举例法。

比如：

你要呼吁大家关心贫穷地区的孩子，你可以用亲眼看到的或者收集到的那些贫穷孩子多么需要帮助的实例开始。

另外，用具体的统计数据也是一个有效的引出论题的方法，比如：

你要谈遵守交通规则的话题，你可以从举一系列有关车辆、车祸等的数据开始。

3）论证对提出的论题，不可主观地妄下结论，而要进行客观的论证。

这是演讲中最需要下功夫的部分。

关键是要把道理讲清楚。

常见的论证方法有举例法、因果法、对比法等等，可参见英语议论文的有关章节。

4）结论结论要简明扼要，以给听众留下深刻印象。

5）结尾结尾要简洁，不要拉拉扯扯，说个没完。
